About: I have a 5 year old husky and pitbull mixed dog named xena as well as a 9 year Old cat named Lilly! I was raised around animals (dogs and cats) we would take litters and rehabilitate them until they were ready to go to their forever homes and we would also rescue cats and dogs and rehabilitate them as well! About: Hi, all! Years of living with and caring for pets and working as a veterinary assistant has led me to be attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, so loving to any and all animals. I currently care for a pup, cat and ducks in my life. I intend to care for your pet as if it were my own! I am easy-going, flexible and willing to abide by any reasonable requests in care-taking. This won’t be considered “work” for me. It’s a bonus for the joy of spending time with and caring for animals and helping out pet parents as well :) I hope to meet you and your pet soon! Krista E. As far as my schedule, I am completely open during the daytime. I work evening shifts five days a week, but my schedule changes weekly. For walking: 1-2 walks a day from the hours of 8-3. I can also do night walks on days that I work, outside of the hours of 3-10ish, depending on the day. If I am off, I can walk at any time in the day or evening. I am willing to make multiple visits in a day. For House Drop-Ins: Similar to above, the evening times may vary. For House Sitting: I receive my schedule weekly, so I am available for overnight at least twice a week. However, if consecutive days are needed, I will be available for morning and afternoon care, but will have to leave for work and return afterward at night. Again, this time varies, so it will be either 3-8:30/9ish that I am gone, or 4-10/11ish. I can understand if this is an issue, but am willing to walk during the day, feed, and let out for a potty break as soon as I am able. I do not accept pets in my home because of the other animals already here, but as far as in yours, I am clean, courteous, quiet, respectful, and most importantly, there to keep your pet well-cared for, entertained, and at ease.

My dog had a wonderful, chill night with Laura caring for her at my house! She was extremely attentive to notes that I left regarding my dog's unique feeding routine and as-needed medication. Laura also somehow found a way to get my dog to pose for photos (my dog almost never sits still enough to let me take pictures of her 😂) and sent us many pictures of her throughout our time away from home!
