About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and grew up with both dogs and cats. My family has had dogs of all sizes, including three pit bulls and a mastiff so I’m very comfortable with larger breeds as well as smaller pets. Our family dogs and cats have ranged from young puppies to seniors, which has given me experience adjusting to different energy levels, routines, and care needs throughout a dog’s life. I’ve also cared for our pets on my own for week-long periods when family members were away, making sure they were happy, safe, and well cared for. More recently, I adopted my own cat named Muffin, who I’ve had for the past seven months. Being a pet owner myself has made me appreciate how important it is to find someone you trust, and I would care for your pets with the same attention and care I give my own. I work part-time in the evenings, which gives me a flexible schedule during the day. Most days I’m available after 11:00 AM for drop-in visits, walks, feedings, or spending quality time with your pets. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and make sure they get the care and attention they need while you’re away. I want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. Every animal is different, so I take the time to get to know their personality and routine rather than treating every visit the same. I’ll make sure they get the care, attention, and consistency they’re used to, while also treating your home with respect and keeping you updated so you never have to wonder how things are going.

About: I grew up with 3 dogs and spent years taking them on walks, so being around pups has always felt natural to me. Now that I live on campus, I miss having a furry walking buddy! I love animals, enjoy spending time with them, and will treat your fur babies like my own. I already go on multiple walks every day, usually around Athens and along the bike paths, so dog walking fits perfectly into my daily routine! I’d love to have some furry company on my walks and make sure your pup gets plenty of exercise, attention, and care. I currently only offer dog walking services, but I’m flexible with what works best for you! I can either come to you, or if needed, your dog is welcome to be picked up and stay at my house for a bit before or after walks.

About: Caring for pets has been a lifelong passion of mine. As a teenager I took responsibility for my own cats, dog, and fish and became comfortable working with larger animals spending time with a friend's pit bull. When I pursed further education I was put in charge of raising animals for Historic Robbin's Crossing and learned about animal care and rights. Since then I have gained experience taking care of elderly pets and doing daily check in's for people in the Athens community. I am currently working a night shift position, but am happy to try and schedule to your needs. I am available seven days a week, especially Sunday, and with some heads up am always happy to come by to check in and go for walks. I am always happy to report in on how pets are doing and am comfortable in managing medication for animals. I do my best to be as accommodating as possible and meet pets where there needs are.

About: I’ve taken care of and worked with a variety of animals since I was a kid. I grew up with dogs and cats as well as farm animals. I raised horse, pigs, and goats for 4-H in my hometown. In high school, I volunteered at my local pet shelter, working with cats and dogs. I also began pet sitting in high school and loved the experiences I had getting to know clients and their amazing pets. I currently work part time and have a flexible schedule. I am a university student living in Athens over the summer. I am willing to fulfill your and your pets’ needs any way I can. If you have any specific questions just ask! I am an active individual who loves walking and playing with dogs. I have reliable transportation and respond quickly to messages. About: I have taken care of pets (dogs and cats) since I was around 12 years old. This would include walking, playing, housesitting, giving medications, etc. For a week or more. I am trained by a local Athens animal shelter to deal with dogs with behavioral issues, and currently volunteer at the Delaware country animal shelter and getting trained to deal with medical emergencies. I have grown up with large dogs my whole life and very experienced at dealing with their size. I am currently working part - time and taking online classes, this gives me a lot of free time to care for your pets! I also like to walk daily and will always make time to take your pets on walks! Preferably, before caring for the dog in the clients home, I can meet or talk with the owners beforehand to grasp a strong understanding of their expectations and differences between each household. Trust and communication are very important to me and I intend to care for your pets to the best of my abilities.

About: I’ve had all kinds of animals in my house since I was a child and love to take care of my favorite, dogs of course! I am currently a student at Ohio University and only taking one summer class so I will be available a lot of the time during the week. I have an apartment with a lot of grass fields surrounding for dogs to play in, and I will devote my time to them so the do not get lonely.

About: Hiya! I'm Max (: I adopted my first pet of my own when I was 8, but have lived with pets my whole life. I've watched friends and owners pets for them from puppies to seniors who need special care. I have experience with dogs with bladder problems and who need medication. I also have house sat and pet sat throughout the years. I have a strong love and passion for animals and their care! I am currently taking time off from college (OU Oh Yeah!) and work a lot during the school year so am focusing on less rigid work this summer. I am very flexible as I will be doing odd jobs and don't have a weekly schedule! I have training on cleaning and care taking through my mother who taught me with her own job experience. I have a disabled younger sister who I learned how to be very gentle with as well as helping her be gentle with the pets around her. I spend a lot of my free time cuddled up with my dogs Cashew and Crew or running around playing with them. I try to be aware at all times what their interests are so that I can be the best parent to them.

About: Along with taking care of and training my own dogs, I have been a reliable dog walker and pet sitter for many friends, family, and neighbors. I used to volunteer at the local dog shelter and am comfortable with most animals. Trust I will take good care of your adored pets 🫶. I am familiar with taking care of walking, playing, meds, and feeding needs for both dogs and cats. I am very flexible with timing so if you have any pet needs, please reach out! About: For awhile I have had dogs and cats all over me. Growing up I have been in charge of family pets occasionally just making sure they are loved and fed. I also have dog/cat sit a few times for my friends/neighbors while they are on vacation. I have also done a good job on following directions and taking care of issues. Right now I am in college at Ohio University, I definitely have time to watch any animals you have anytime before or after my classes and during the weekends! I have two black labs and two cats that I love endlessly, I play with them all the time making sure they are played with and fed well, as well as my family does too. One of my dogs has been through surgery for back legs after both tore ACL which causes to limp and with that, I know ways to help care for in a situation for any dogs.

About: I live with two cats when I’m home from college, as well as used it having my beloved 130lb French mastiff. I’ve been caring for animals that range from reptiles, horses, chickens, fish, cats, and dogs for over ten years. I’ve also administered medication to dogs. As well as helped train animals. I’m currently an unemployed college student that’s working on two degrees and a certificate. I’ll be busy Monday and Wednesday from 2-6pm due to classes. Unfortunately I will be unable to care for your pet at my home because of my landlords rules, but at your home I will follow all the rules set for me as well as any schedule your animal may follow. Whether that may be feeding, walking, or medicine.

About: I’ve had plenty experience caring for pets since I was young. It started off with family friends, neighbors, etc and now I’m several of their first resorts when they need someone to care for their animals! I have the most experience with adult age animals but have had some experiences with puppies/kittens and a few senior animals. I am currently on Summer break so I have more free time than usual, but just let me know what you need and we can work it out! I always appreciate and respect any rules you may have for your pet or that have to do with your household, in fact I tend to prefer it to make sure there’s no confusion or miscommunication on either end! I find it makes the owners feel more reassured and gives a better overall experience!

About: Whether your pup likes to walk for miles on quiet country roads or prefers to lounge on the couch, we can offer a comfortable space. We live in a very private, comfortable environment just outside of town. If your dog is very social they will have a blast playing with our little monsters. If they would prefer a quiet space, I can provide a private room with easy access to our fenced in yard. I have been caring for my family and friends pets and our own for many years. I regularly work at the Athens Dog Shelter walking dogs. I also foster dogs for Friends of the Shelter Dogs and participate in adoption events. Being retired, I make my own schedule and can be available most days from 8:30 am-10:00 pm for drop in visits. Let me put my decades of experience to work caring for your furry kids. Being retired means I am available to care for your pups without rushing. I will do my best to make them comfortable in our home and to keep their routines as normal as possible in yours. About: Experienced, patient, & kind pet care services. I have cared for a wide variety of animals furry, scaled, feathered, and otherwise. I have cared for animals at all life stages; helped cats in labor, bottle fed kittens, trained shelter dogs, provided senior animal care, administered medicines including pills, oral syringes, ointments, eye drops, mucosal membrane gel, subcutaneous fluids, sprays, and topical liquids. I completed the 4H horse husbandry program when I was a kid and I completed the Joel Silverman Foster Dog Handler Certification Course in 2018. I have volunteered at the Brevard County Humane Society (socializing cats and working in their thrift store), S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue (walking dogs and assisting with adoptions), and Saint Augustine Wild Reserve (preparing diets for a wide variety of animals). I currently have a turtle and three rescue pups of my own. I call my dogs my dogters and I treat them accordingly. I will give your fur kids the same level of care. I am a stay at home dog mom looking to re-enter the workforce and caring for animals is the thing I love to do most. I am currently working part-time as a dog bather and caring for pets on Rover. I generally have lots of availability and only really block out times that I have other appointments. I will put your pet's safety first. I know how important details can be. I will make sure the latches are latched, the medications are correct, and preferences are adhered to. I'm reliable, accommodating, and will work to build a genuine rapport with you and your pets.
