About: Whether your pup likes to walk for miles on quiet country roads or prefers to lounge on the couch, we can offer a comfortable space. We live in a very private, comfortable environment just outside of town. If your dog is very social they will have a blast playing with our little monsters. If they would prefer a quiet space, I can provide a private room with easy access to our fenced in yard. I have been caring for my family and friends pets and our own for many years. I regularly work at the Athens Dog Shelter walking dogs. I also foster dogs for Friends of the Shelter Dogs and participate in adoption events. Being retired, I make my own schedule and can be available most days from 8:30 am-10:00 pm for drop in visits. Let me put my decades of experience to work caring for your furry kids. Being retired means I am available to care for your pups without rushing. I will do my best to make them comfortable in our home and to keep their routines as normal as possible in yours. I love spending time with dogs. I truly want them to enjoy themselves and be as comfortable as possible. I will do whatever I can to accommodate them. I’m looking forward to caring for your dogs.

About: I've taken care of many foster pets from puppies to seniors and have always had 2 or more dogs in my household. I volunteered for a few years at a local shelter cleaning cages and giving those babes as much love and attention as I could. I hope your pup and I can have a great time! I do work a part time job so there is a chance I will be unavailable for about 4-5 hours at a time. About: For awhile I have had dogs and cats all over me. Growing up I have been in charge of family pets occasionally just making sure they are loved and fed. I also have dog/cat sit a few times for my friends/neighbors while they are on vacation. I have also done a good job on following directions and taking care of issues. Right now I am in college at Ohio University, I definitely have time to watch any animals you have anytime before or after my classes and during the weekends! I have two black labs and two cats that I love endlessly, I play with them all the time making sure they are played with and fed well, as well as my family does too. One of my dogs has been through surgery for back legs after both tore ACL which causes to limp and with that, I know ways to help care for in a situation for any dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of friends, families and my own pets since I was about 12. Overnight stays, feeding, walking and bathing. I have also two years of experience caring for dogs at the shelter and currently two cats of my own! About: Hello! I'm a longtime cat and dog owner who loves having animals around. I understand that all animals have distinct personalities and therefore can have unique needs. I have experience with giving cats and dogs medicine and am happy to go for lots of walks and provide some play time! I work full-time during the day, but I’m close enough to home to swing by for lunchtime check-ins or potty breaks. I’m fully available on evenings and weekends for walks, playtime, and overnight stays. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. At my home, I have a backyard that's great for supervised outdoor time, and I live close to a bike path that’s perfect for long walks. I’m attentive to any special instructions and happy to send regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: I have had pets my whole entire life. If you can name it I’ve probably owned it. That includes large dogs and numerous cats. I enjoy animals and will make sure your pet is so loved while you are away. I am very open this summer to pet/house sit. I’ve had animals since I was very little and have always loved them, I plan to be a vet tech when I can. I also have two dogs a chihuahua and an American bulldog that are both neutered. About: Hiya! I'm Max (: I adopted my first pet of my own when I was 8, but have lived with pets my whole life. I've watched friends and owners pets for them from puppies to seniors who need special care. I have experience with dogs with bladder problems and who need medication. I also have house sat and pet sat throughout the years. I have a strong love and passion for animals and their care! I am currently taking time off from college (OU Oh Yeah!) and work a lot during the school year so am focusing on less rigid work this summer. I am very flexible as I will be doing odd jobs and don't have a weekly schedule! I have training on cleaning and care taking through my mother who taught me with her own job experience. I have a disabled younger sister who I learned how to be very gentle with as well as helping her be gentle with the pets around her. I spend a lot of my free time cuddled up with my dogs Cashew and Crew or running around playing with them. I try to be aware at all times what their interests are so that I can be the best parent to them.

About: I’ve had all kinds of animals in my house since I was a child and love to take care of my favorite, dogs of course! I am currently a student at Ohio University and only taking one summer class so I will be available a lot of the time during the week. I have an apartment with a lot of grass fields surrounding for dogs to play in, and I will devote my time to them so the do not get lonely.

About: I grew up working at a farm. We had many dogs, cats, and barn animals as well as guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits, birds, and fish. Throughout my life I have shadowed multiple veterinarians, volunteered at rescues, and cared for many other people’s animals and kids! I have attended college for Equestrian Studies too. Caring for animals has always been my greatest passion and I can’t wait to put it to good use by helping you and your animal out when the time calls! Caring for animals is my passions and therefore my full time job. I work a little online from home as well but never when it is taking time away from pet care. Away from home care: In my home I usually have other animals so, if you need care outside your home your pet must be potty trained, vaccinated and good with cats and dogs. We have leads for dogs outside and a large yard. No kennels provided, if you’d like your dog in a kennel, call a boarding facility. Your animal would be staying in a clean and safe bedroom/bathroom area with 24/7 supervision as well as a comfortable bed that is changed after every pet’s stay. They will be taken outside for at least 30 minutes, 4 times a day. You will need to provide food for your pet. In Home Care: If providing in home care for your pet all services are provided from walking and playtime to feeding and training. I also give bathes and brushing. Lots of love is of course always a part of my services as well. The schedule of it is up to you! I can do drop in visits any day of the week but only house sit on the weekend (Fri-Sun). I like to make sure I have plenty of time to spend with my own animals while also serving you. *Care In My Home* If you provide a crate and want me to use it I will but I usually just have your pet hang out with me around the house - it is all pet proof as I have many cats and a dog. If your pet doesn’t like other animals they are welcome to stay in my bedroom as a safe haven. I will be sure to hang out with them lots throughout the day if they are in there. I have a large fenced in backyard and leads for dogs. They are always supervised while outside. I only serve one pet family at a time so your animals won’t be exposed to any other animals other than my own. I do not provide care in my home to cats. *Care In Your Home* I will be with your pet for at least 2 hours at a time twice a day in addition to the evening and morning (10pm-10am) full time. I can bathe, brush, train, walk, and give lots of love at no extra charge!

About: I’ve always cared for animals since I was younger and I’ve pet sit for awhile because I love animals!! I would love for you to give me a chance to care of your babies!! I currently work at a daycare part time and go to college part time but can always fit in time to help care for your animals! About: I live with two cats when I’m home from college, as well as used it having my beloved 130lb French mastiff. I’ve been caring for animals that range from reptiles, horses, chickens, fish, cats, and dogs for over ten years. I’ve also administered medication to dogs. As well as helped train animals. I’m currently an unemployed college student that’s working on two degrees and a certificate. I’ll be busy Monday and Wednesday from 2-6pm due to classes. Unfortunately I will be unable to care for your pet at my home because of my landlords rules, but at your home I will follow all the rules set for me as well as any schedule your animal may follow. Whether that may be feeding, walking, or medicine.

About: Ill send photos, videos, put on their favorite show! I know how important it is to feel at ease when you’re away from your pet. I took a remote job to be closer to my aging pup. We love walks, snuggling, hiking, fetch and just keeping each other company. I’m fortunate to have so much time with him. We typically walk 2-3 miles in the morning, several shorter walks during the day and then a 3-5 mile walk/jog at nite. We are merely inseparable and I couldn’t think of a better life than one with a dog. I walk my dog 4-5 miles a day, take him to a local dog park, engage with toys, watch their favorite shows and LOTS of love!!! We are very active and affectionate. I treat dogs like family, not just a pet who occasionally gets let out. My dog is my world. I provide a cozy bed, nutritious food, clean water, plenty of exercise. I feel it’s my duty to give a dog a good life. They can’t advocate for themselves, so if we are going to choose one to keep, we need to be a good human to them.
