I speak Spanish and have a dog I care for here in Madrid! Additionally, I care for my own dog Sadie who is three years old. Caring for pets is second nature to me and is an aspect of my life that I cherish. I tend to others animals as if they are my own. I assure dogs obtain a safe environment while under my supervision. About: My care of dogs runs from puppies to seniors. I currently have a puppy that I train and care for full time, and before her I had a senior dog that required special food, many meds, and subcutaneous fluids via IV drip. Pet care is my full time job and I will give your pups all the time they need, whether that's a brisk walk, a slow sniff-ari, or an action packed game of tug! I have a puppy that would love to play with your puppy (if allowed), either in your yard or house. I'm also willing to do any activities that your dog is accustomed to such as hiking, fetch, tug, or any other game/activity.

“Nate was fantastic!!! Our dog is a 9 year old rescue that spent the first 8 years of life in kennels waiting to be rescued. He can’t be around other dogs and is very anxious. Nate did everything required to take care of his special needs including walking. We returned home to find our dog in a chair asleep and safe rather than in a cage full of anxiety.”

About: I used to work at a doggy day care for a year and have dog sat and stayed overnight and peoples homes for about three years now! I am a student at CU Boulder and I am available on the weekends for overnight stay. On Monday Wednesdays and Fridays I am available anytime after 3 and on Tuesdays and Thursdays I am available anytime after 4 I care for pets by treating them like they are my own! I am playful and gentile and make sure to give the pets lots of attention.

About: I've lived most of my life with dogs and cats in addition to sundry other animals from tortoises to tarantulas. I am particularly fond of all dogs which is why my wife and I have fostered nearly a dozen rescue and foster dogs/puppies over the last 8 years. Along with raising two high energy Australian shepherds from puppies, I have had plenty of experience handling medium to large size dogs that can be reactive or fearful under certain situations or are simply a handful. Having worked with a lot of dogs I know they all have their own unique personalities and challenges and understand the importance of flexibly adjusting care strategies. I work from home ~2 days per week and when house sitting will remain with your pet during the day. I generally do long walks in the mornings before work and after. Dog walks or short visits during the day can be arranged as long as they are done so well in advance. I have two relatively high energy dogs who need a lot of attention. Generally, I take them to an open fenced in space in the mornings to play fetch then go for a walk. We then go for a shorter walk in the evenings. We have a small fenced garden that we let them out in to do their business when they need to 2-3 times per day. As our dogs have gotten older and more mellow/better behaved we've relaxed a number of rules such going on furniture or sleeping in our room at night.
