“So lucky to have found Kathy through Rover, she was an exceptional sitter for our two dogs. Our boys are leash reactive so we are always a little anxious to leave them under just anyone’s care, but with Kathy we’ve never felt more at ease. Great communicator and responsive, would definitely book her again if we can!”

About: I’m the friend who always gets the "can you watch my dog?" call because I’ve been around pups of all shapes and sizes since I was five. That lifetime of experience means I’m just as comfortable keeping up with a rambunctious puppy as I am providing a calm, gentle environment for a sweet senior who needs a little extra patience. Pet care fits perfectly into my active lifestyle. My days already revolve around long walks and staying moving, so your pup becomes my dedicated plus-one for every adventure. My schedule is flexible, and when I’m with your pet, they are my main priority—I treat their routine with the same care and focus I give my own. I treat your home and your pet with the same respect I’d want for my own. Whether we're hanging out at my place or yours, I focus on creating a secure, "paws-on" environment where routines are followed strictly so your pet feels safe. I’m all about clear updates and total transparency, so you can relax knowing they’re in good, experienced hands.

“From the moment we met, it was clear how kind, attentive, and experienced Jared is with animals. I got regular updates, photos, and messages, which really reassured me that my dog was happy and well cared for. When I came back, my dog was relaxed and clearly had been treated with lots of love and attention. I would absolutely recommend Jared to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. I’ll definitely be booking with him again!”

About: Many of my friends have corgis, so I've spent plenty of time caring for these adorable, energetic little dogs and I've absolutely fallen in love with the breed! Whether your dog loves playtime, cuddles on the couch, neighborhood walks, or simply having someone nearby, I'm happy to tailor care to their personality and routine. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I work full-time during the week, but I work from home on Fridays, which gives me extra flexibility for walks, check-ins, and quality time with your dog. I understand how important it is to know your pet is getting attention, exercise, and companionship while you're away. Most recently, I cared for a friend's dog and home for an entire month while they were away. During that time, I maintained the dog's normal routine, took them on daily walks, brought them to the dog park and the beach, and made sure they received plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship.
“Jane was fantastic with watching our reactive pup for 3 nights, and was awesome at communicating throughout the stay! She even tidied up kitchen and restroom, which was much more than we asked for. Thank you so much, Jane!”

“Ana was absolutely incredible!!! I truly cannot recommend her enough. From the moment she started watching our dog, Pixie Dixie, we knew she genuinely cared for her like family. Her communication was outstanding the entire stay. She sent constant updates, adorable photos, and thoughtful messages that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Every update showed how loved and comfortable Pixie was. Ana went above and beyond with Pixie with playing with her constantly, introducing new games, cuddling with her on the couch, and even sleeping beside her because Pixie wanted to be close to her. Seeing how attached Pixie became says everything about the kind of person Ana is. She also took phenomenal care of our home. Everything was spotless, organized, and exactly as we left it. By the end of the stay, Ana no longer felt like “just” a Rover sitter — she felt like family. We trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, responsible, communicative, and truly wonderful with animals. Pixie already misses her, and so do we!”

“We feel so lucky to have found Carey. She house sat for us and took the BEST care of our dog Lily. She sent many, many pictures and videos of our Lily and it made us so happy to see our puppy dog was having such a fun time while we were away. I will definitely have her sit for us again and highly recommend her.”

“It was our first time using rover ever and we loved how well Joey took care of our two dogs and house! We have a reactive 2 years old Australian Shepard that doesnt warm up to others usually very well but he reacted very well with Joey. She kept us updated on how they were doing numerous times with pictures and great communication. We will definitely be using Joey again as a dog and house sitter! Our dogs loved her”

My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and at ease, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in their own home.

About: As a previous pet owner, I miss having a fur baby to tend to. I have decades of experience with dogs of varying breeds. My children are now college graduates and have no time commitments or obligations so house sitting suits my lifestyle perfectly. I only accept one family at a time so your pet/s will receive my undivided attention 24/7. As a full time homemaker, I have plenty of time to spend with the dogs. They are never left alone. I devote all of my time to them and I only board a couple of small dogs at a time so they receive very personalized care. I take the dog/s out for a walk or potty break every couple of hours, we may go to a nearby dog park that’s fenced in or go by the beach. I don’t mind cooking for the dog/s, beef or chicken and rice with vegetables is provided at times. Regarding safety- that’s always my top priority. When walking them; I always have them in a harness to keep them secure.
“Elizabeth was able to watch our two dogs at our house for a couple days on short notice. Plenty of feedback on how it was going and it made our vacation comfortable as we hadn’t used her services before. She’s very professional and responsible. Highly recommend”

About: extremely observant and organized. I like to keep everything on track from medications to potty breaks. I’ve had experience over 4 years taking care of animals of family members making sure they are well fed, exercise met to their standard, and loved. Im currently working night shifts which means I have pretty much all day to stay with your pups I am able to stay on top of things and have everything scheduled for your pet. What is most important for me is keeping their routine and keeping YOUR home intact and secured. I will respect your home and boundaries you might have for me.
“Katrina has been so wonderful to us. Ben loves having her company & we love the peace of mind of having her home with him when we're away. As usual, she's very reliable, friendly, easy to communicate with, and we'll continue to use her services.”

About: While I have had dogs in the past (I have a soft spot for Basset hounds and Doxies), I currently do not have any pets of my own, leaving me with plenty of love to give your pets! I'm well equipped to provide lots of snuggles and mental stimulation through a variety of pet friendly activities. Your dog deserves a vacation too, so making sure they feel safe, loved, and enjoy their stay is my #1 priority. References upon request and additional questions are always welcome. As a former dog mom myself, I also know that being away from your pet can sometimes be hard on you as well. So don't worry, I will send plenty of pictures your way to make sure you can see that sweet little pooch of yours while you're gone. I currently office from my home with some local travel during the day. This allows for ample playtime and potty breaks for your sweet dog. About: Hi, my name is Michelle. Over the years I’ve raised and trained many of my own pets and regularly dog sit for all of my family. I currently have one dog, a Rat Terrier named Memo. He is high energy but he's a happy boy and has the best temperament. For housesitting, please be advised that I will be bringing Memo to stay with me at your home. If you want to see more of my cutie, check out his bio. I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds, from playful puppies who need extra attention and playtime to older dogs who just need a slower pace and a little extra patience. I’m comfortable managing multiple dogs of all sizes. That includes 'pullers' and/or dog reactive from my experience walking dogs at shelters. Here are a few things I’m happy to help with: • Walks, playtime, and activities that keep your dog active and engaged • Puppy guidance and reinforcement of training routines if requested • Patient care for senior dogs or pets with special needs (including administering medications) • Flexible scheduling when possible • Pick up/Drop off within 5 miles of my house. (Main & Civic Center in Santa Ana) • Grooming (only the basics: bathing, drying, brushing.) Price depends on size and length of fur. Sorry, no nail trims. • Dependable care with the same love and attention I give my own dog. (Snuggling always included!) I'd love to schedule a meet-and-greet to meet you and your pet! I do project based work from home so I'm present and not tied down to a rigid schedule which means I have the time and flexibility to give your pet attention when needed. I have a Rat Terrier who gets a long with all dogs, he loves to play but is pretty respectful of dogs who are not into it. Dogs have free rein of my house. I spend a good amount of time with them outside in the yard, they are never let out without supervision.

So lucky to have found Kathy through Rover, she was an exceptional sitter for our two dogs. Christine was an absolutely amazing house sitter and took the best care of our boy. We got constant updates and pictures her whole stay and he got spoiled with walks and ball time in the back yard. She also was a lovely house guest and tidied the whole house before we returned. Thank you, Christine! ☺️
Heather was so amazing with Milo while house sitting! Very reliable and communicative throughout the weekend. She took Milo to the dog park in our complex everyday to get his energy out and followed all our instructions carefully! Milo can’t wait to see her again :)

Jacquelyn was so great with our nervous little guy, Tommy. He usually has separation anxiety when I leave him but he did better than usual with her. We are so grateful that my husband and I got to spend time in Disneyland thanks to her and calm, loving demeanor which kept our dog calm! We appreciated the cute photos she sent of him while we were in the park, it made us feel better knowing he was well taken care of! Thank you so much!

Dawn hit it off with our moderately shy kitties almost immediately and it was no surprise when they quickly adopted her as their new cuddle-buddy. Dawn also took great care of our cockatiel and koi fish, and sent lots of updates with photos during her stay. We are so glad to have found her!

She took such good care for all of our pets and updates in detail everyday which is super helpful and relief so we could fully enjoy our trip. She is very responsible and respectful. She left our home cleaner than we left it. We plan on booking chloe again for our next trip. We highly recommend chloe for any pet sitting needs.
