“Alyssa was great! Before our trip she came by to make sure our instructions were clear, she knew her way around and that everything was within reach. While we were away she was on time for every visit, stayed the agreed amount of time, and sent us photos of May May along with brief updates. This was the first time May May had been by herself for more than a couple of days in almost two years, and May May is not used to strangers; so the fact that she ate and drank well during our four days away is a credit to Alyssa. While we don't have our next trip planned as yet, we will definitely be booking May May's future visits with Alyssa (and we'll do it well in advance to make sure Alyssa is available).”

About: I grew up with four horses, a few dogs, and lots of stray cats along the way. I’ve been taking care of animals and learning about them since I could walk basically. I also have a dog myself that I care for like my own child. I have experience in senior dogs and young dogs, giving medication, and attending to post surgery needs. I work part time at Publix in customer service. My schedule is very flexible so anytime I’m not working I would love to be tending to your baby I love spending time with them and giving them the enrichment they deserve. I regularly take my dog to the park and beach. I also take time to give them cuddles as well. I am very aware of everything that goes on in the home especially around sneaky dogs like my own

About: Growing up, I've always had animals in the house. Cats, dogs, fish, guinea pigs, bearded dragons— you name it. I've done pet setting during high school, and now that I'm going to college soon, I'd love to help take care of people's pets again! I have the most experience working with cats and dogs, as I have 4 cats and recently had an elder dog for many years. I've volunteered at the humane society for fostering, so I can take care of kittens as well if needed. I have a very open schedule since I just recently graduated. I'm available to come over and check on pets between 9am-9pm any day of the week. I have open availability for house sitting as well, but for more info please feel free to contact me! I always make sure the pets are healthy and happy whenever I see them. I can clean up any messes or accidents they may have made, and I can give medicine in their food or orally. If your pet is a little skittish at first, it's not a problem! I'll let them come to me at their own pace so they won't get scared, and I'll be sure to offer plenty of treats as well.

About: I am one of the biggest dog lovers out there! I love all dogs, any shape and size. I have one dog of my own and have had up to 3 in my care before so I am aware of how to handle more than one dog at a time. I am very responsible when it comes to the care of a dog. I treat all dogs as if they were my own. All dogs end up always loving me and feel comfortable around me. Just seeing a dog will bring a smile to my face. I love them so much. They are incredible animals. I am currently in between jobs so I have a lot of extra time on my hands to give your pets my undivided attention. I am able to visit with them for long periods of time during the day also multiple times a day if needed! When I visit your pet at your home I will always make them feel like they are safe and comfortable with me being around them.

About: I grew up with many pets so I’m very comfortable around animals! I’ve been pet sitting for many years, it was actually my first job over a decade ago! I recently moved up to St. Augustine so I’m branching out! I’m currently working part time in the wedding industry! I love my job but where I live doesn’t allow pets and I miss being around animals! I’m free Mon-Wed and most Saturday mornings. Currently I’m not able to have pets stay where I live but I’m more than happy to go to where ever pets who need me are! I think in general I’m very patient and loving. I love to play with pets, get all that energy out. I’m pretty active and an outdoorsy person so any time outdoors is a plus!

About: I have worked at a doggy boarding and daycare facility for eight years. I have been managing for three of those eight years. I have cared for numerous breeds and dogs of all ages. I do have a soft spot for elderly dogs, but do love walking and playing with younger, energetic dogs as well. As a result of my years of experience, I am capable of giving all forms of medication, making meals (dry, canned, homemade, raw, etc), and I have worked with dogs and cats of all temperaments. I have started this little business because I have seen how much happier pets are when they are cozy at home compared to a boarding facility, especially if they are prone to anxiety when they are away from home. I, myself, own a corgi named Clancy. He is a very happy little boy. I am off from my other job from Wednesday afternoon to Saturday. I have appointments every other Thursday from 11 to 1:30, but aside from that, I'm free. Walking and drop-ins work best for my schedule as they are the most flexible jobs offered here. I will walk your dogs wherever you feel comfortable. If they have a beloved route, I will keep them on it. During drop-ins, I will adhere to any instructions you have. At my place of work, I follow food and care instructions (that always vary) daily.

About: I've been an animal lover ever since I was a kid, so much so that I wanted to be a vet at the age of 5. I grew up with animals in the house (dogs, cats, and fish) and started taking care of them as soon as I was old enough. aside from nannying, my first job was dog walking/sitting and to this day it is still something I enjoy doing. I have 15+ years of experience in dog walking, feeding, safety, and administering medication (pills and topicals, not trained in injections). I love all breeds and am a highly active individual so I hope your furbaby is ready to play! My schedule is mostly open. I’m unavailable on weekdays from 9 am to 1 pm but could potentially squeeze in a quick visit from 8:30-9 if needed. My weekday afternoons and evenings are mostly open. Weekends are usually pretty open as well! I do travel about once a month, but I will be sure to reach out ahead of time and/or block it out in the app. Your pet's safety is my top priority while they’re in my care and I will treat them as if they are my own. that being said, they will have my full attention throughout our visit. in addition, I love taking pictures of the animals I care for so I will be sending updates!
