About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes & personalities. I’m not shy to specialized care needs and love to play, walk & give belly rubs! Services include drop in dog walks and play sessions and overnight pet sitting for short or long terms. I’ve cared for two large fluffy dogs with special needs for two months at a time. I also looked after a high energy chihuahua for three weeks, routinely walking three or four times a day to burn some extra energy! I work full time in Bloomington from 9-6, Monday - Friday. Walks will take place as late as 8am or earlier, during lunch break if you’re home is within 15 miles of Bloomington, and after 6:30 pm on weekdays. Weekends are flexible and I am comfortable transporting the dogs to a dog park or swimming spot if they do well on field trips! I’m more of a homebody and love to play and interact with animals in their home. Your house rules & pet care needs will be met with respect and understanding. Your dog’s boundaries, safety and needs will be prioritized. I appreciate cleanliness and will respect your home as if it’s my own.

We have a fenced in yard for our dog Emmy, and if your dog comes to stay, they will be safe in the backyard, and will also be monitored by me while they're in the backyard. There is always someone home, so your dogs will never be lonely. Emmy LOVES to cuddle, and will play with your pet and make them feel welcome. Any dog that comes to my home, I separate dogs for feeding time, so there are no boundary issues. Your dog will be very loved here, and very safe with us. We do allow dogs onto furniture, and they are allowed on our bed, since Emmy sleeps with us at night. If you allow that with your dog, they are welcome to sleep with us and allowed on our furniture.
