About: For the last five years, I have worked at zoos, shelters, and sanctuaries with a variety of animals! In the past I have owned reptiles, and I currently own one dog and three cats. Additionally, I usually have at least one foster animal in my care at all times. I understand that each animal is an individual and will adjust my behavior accordingly. I am happy to be active if your dog is a runner, or a couch potato if they're more of a snuggler! I have experience providing medication and special diets. I am currently working with my dog to decrease his reactivity and my cats on harness training! I am more than happy to do any enrichment or training you request with your furry friend! I am currently between jobs and have few set commitments. This allows me to be extremely flexible in my schedule for all your pet care needs! About: I've been taking care of my friends, family and neighbors dogs for as long as I can remember. Anything from daily to week long periods I have fed, walked, and cared for those animals, as well as overnight stays at either my home or theirs. Pet care fits extremely well into my routine, I am an online college student with a majority of free time and flexibility. I am typically up early and readily available most of the time. I remain especially cleanly in my own home and clients, making sure to clean/ tidy up after the pet as well as stay attentive to their needs. Another way I care for pets is by enjoying their company, talking, playing and interacting with them on walks and at home to make sure they are safe, happy and attended to.

I am currently working as a groomer, but I know that I want to make myself useful during the times when I am not busy. I usually am free in the evenings and on weekends. Each dog in my house has a safe space. My dogs can go in their cages whenever they want, and often do so to relax. Crates are not a punishment and they are an option. They get lots of attention, and I try to fill their lives with enrichment. From taking them to parks, to training sessions, to adding to their diets. I try to keep my dogs as happy as possible.

I can’t speak highly enough of Vicki! Every day we got a little update on how our cat was doing, and it was much appreciated. Vicki clearly got to know her, paid attention to her idiosyncrasies, and enjoyed playing with her and taking care of her. She not only cleaned our cat’s random messes, but apparently the remains of some creature that was eaten right outside the door… that would not have been a fun thing to come home to… As luck would have it, our street got flooded while we were gone. Vicki sent daily reports and pics about the water level in the yard and the basement condition. She was ready to move things as needed (thankfully it was not needed). Finally, she was worried we might be getting home a bit too late on the last day, so paid an extra visit to our furry one without being asked. In short, I recommend Vicki 100% and will definitely use her services again! Thanks Vicki!
Emily was wonderful watching our dog for a few days while we were out of town. She was prompt, great with communicating, and very trustworthy.
