“Karisa E. is amazing in every way. I’m so thrilled that I booked her for drop-in visits for our two cats while we were on vacation for twelve days in Maui. Although I had been happy with other cat sitters that I’ve worked with on Rover, I decided to give Karisa a chance, because she was more affordable. Boy, am I so glad that I did. Karisa bonded with our kitties, Klondike and Sprite, better than anyone I’ve ever worked with before. Sprite, in particular, is very skittish and will hide from pet sitters, but, miraculously, she was happy to let Karisa and her children hold her during visits. Klondike likewise got tons of attention and affection, as evidenced by the many photos Karisa sent. Karisa also took care of watering my many orchids while we were away. Plus, when I forgot to suspend our shipment of frozen meals from The Farmer’s Dog while we were away, Karisa was a lifesaver! Not only did she keep an eye out for the package, but when it arrived, she brought it in out of the hot sun, unpacked it, and stored everything neatly in the freezer for us. I will most definitely be booking her again in the future.”

I’ve always had many of pets throughout my life and would love to add your pet to my extended family. I am looking forward to showing your pet the love and attention that all humans and pets need. I live an active lifestyle so I am always out and about taking my dog on a walk. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, or night I will be walking with my pupper and would love for your pet to come along for the ride. I am a frequent attendee at the dog parks and as long as your dog is vaccinated I’m sure they would have a grand time there as well. I can feed, walk, run, and even pick up your dogs poop. I understand the responsibility that comes with pet care as I have a dog of my own who I’ve raised since he was a wee pup. Would be able to check in / walk your buddy for you before work (9am) , on break around (12pm), or after work (4pm). About: I’ve had pets all my life. From lizards, to birds, cats and dogs, you name it. For the last 3 years I have been pet sitting for friends, neighbors, coworkers, and friends of friends as an in house sitter. I am currently working full time, however, my work life is very flexible with flexible hours. I can do middle of the day check ins if that is what you would prefer with no problem. I do spend a lot of time with the pets late afternoons to late evenings if I am not staying in the residence. When caring for pets in your home, I encourage a very detailed day to day that your pet has so I do not break from that routine for them as much as possible. It’s my hope for you and your pet to feel as safe and comfortable as possible. No needs or routine is too inconsiderate for me.

About: Ever since I was around 5 or 6, I always remember being in a home with pets. Whether it was dogs, cats, reptiles, a potbellied pig, and even smaller animals. Older or very young, all of the animals I have had and cared for were very spoiled and given a life well deserved. I love every single animal and couldn't imagine a life without them. I believe that all animals deserve proper care, and a loving home. Any animal is loved as if they were my own. I am currently working at Kroger part time, three days a week. I am going to school full time as well. The days I work at Kroger are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday- 5 a.m.- 9 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days I attend school and go all day. I plan on fitting in pet care after working at my job, and possibly weekends. I care for pets in my home or a client's home by greeting them and making sure they have everything they need. This includes making sure they are comfortable enough, with plenty of food and water. I also make sure they get taken outside or have access to use the bathroom often or whenever needed. Activities, such as playing, walks, or tricks is something I make sure to fit in as well.
