About: I've been taking care of all kinds of babies since I was a little girl. From bottle feeding bunnies and kittens to reptiles and horses. I usually always have some kind of a rescue at my house whether it be a foster dog or a some off the wall duck someone brought to me. I take care of them all as they were my own. My true passion is training though! My father has always trained his bird dogs as well as others and I've just always enjoyed seeing what different breeds can do/pick up on. I work remote and part-time at that, so I have plenty of time to tend to your fur baby. I have a fairly open schedule so I can be pretty flexible to fit your needs! I have a large yard (it's being fenced but is not currently) my 2 dogs and cat would love to play with your baby. We enjoy long walks or just snuggling on the couch. I'll treat yours as my own.

About: Hi! I am a full time animal lover. I have been caring for my own pets since I could walk. My very first job was pet sitting for my neighbor when I was 10. I am up for all the tasks! I volunteer with my local animal shelter, as well as worked a few months as an extra hand at my local veterinary office. I love animals of all shapes and sizes from dogs and cats to snakes and frogs! I may be new to this service but I am not new to being a responsible and caring pet owner. Please reach out! As much as I would like to be able to house your pet, I have a dog who does not handle new comers easily. Safety and trust are incredibly important. About: I've been an animal lover and pet owner my entire life and have been in home pet sitting for over 20 years. I will give your pet the attention they deserve on a daily basis. I am happy to accommodate whatever requests you have in order to take care of your pet. I work from home and create my own schedule. So I am available to make in-home visits whenever you need them. I'm also able to accept last minute reservations for care. While I do own six cats, they are able to be separated from other animals that I am boarding in my home. I have a very large backyard, it is unfenced, so I would keep your pet on a leash or lead while outside. I prefer to watch animals in their own home, for their own peace and security. I am happy to do overnight stays if required. I'm very trustworthy and I am completely comfortable with you having cameras in your home while I am there.

About: I am a stay-at-home Dad and my wife and I both work from home. We have 4 kids and our our own dog. Luna is a Scottish terrier that is middle age. I have been around dogs of all sizes for most of my life and now Rover for over 6 years! We have a good sized fenced in yard. We would like for your dog to be kid friendly. The kids are super good with our dog! Since I am home full time, I have plenty of availability for what you need. Talk to me about your dog and how we can make his or her stay fun and exciting ! We would love to make more doggy friends! This is my mine priority after taking care of the kids. We let the dogs in and out as much as they want during the day. We follow any instructions that are given for pet care. We treat them as we do our own dog. They are free to roam, go in and out as much as they like, and play with the other doggy friends we have. If we are doing drop-ins, we respect your property and leave it in exactly the same state as we arrived.

About: Ya know that child that has a heart for anything living? That child that wants to nurture even the wooly caterpillar or the slimy toad? Well, that was me and I’m still that child at heart today. If there was a stray within a 5 mile radius of my home, we’d find each other and become family. To this day, if I see an animal in need I cannot turn away. At the age of 11 I began sitting and walking my Aunt Linda’s Pekingese, Toyboy. Toy and Auntie taught me from a very young age the importance of keeping animals safe and respecting their personal boundaries as well. Animals ARE family members and should be treated as such. I’ve spent ample time as a volunteer in local rescue shelters, fostered adoptable dogs in my home and have always had at least two pets of my own consistently (the most at one time was six, and, honestly, it was a little slice of heaven to me). My personal experience as a pet mom has taught me many things. The good, the bad and the ugly. I’ve managed flight risks, diapered seniors, enforced the cone of shame, nursed wounds and stitches, cleaned up many a pet mess (from both ends) and administered medications. If a pet requires it, I’ve likely done it! One of the best and worst parts of being a pet mom is watching our babies grow older. As they age they change and need even more patience and love. There’s a special place in my heart for the older pets and I’m happy to patiently provide anything they need in your absence. A person is only as good as their word, and if you chose me to care for your babies, you’ll have my word that I will treat them as my own and give them the best of care and attention until your return. After retiring early from my career at 48 I’m finding I have more time on my hands than I can fill and I’d love to spend my extra time providing service to animals in need. Animals bring me a level of joy unsurpassed by any other activity I endeavor. Simply put, they make life worth living. They make me laugh, and laughing is truly the best medicine. I understand the importance of pet safety. I’ve had several personal pets that were lifetime “flight risks” (runners) so I know the importance of keeping a watchful eye on them every moment. Walking is a favorite past time and I’d enjoy the company of your fur babies. I’ll be happy to walk pets, check in on them throughout the day as needed, sit with them if they need more attention or administer necessary medications (I will not administer pills to cats). Having had several senior pets and a dog with cancer that I treated holistically for a year, has made me keenly familiar with senior and special needs pet care. Whatever your pet needs, I likely am able and willing to provide.

About: I grew up on a farm and fell in love with animals by being constantly surrounded by them! I started doing Rover in July, 2024 and I am loving it! I am currently living in Gardner, KS and am a physical therapy student at KU medical center. I have an 8 year-old female vizsla who is pictured on my profile, but I often take her to my parents house while I board just to make it easier on myself and your pups! I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide your pets with the care that they deserve. I am currently in school Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays but the rest of the days I have completely free! My fairly open schedule makes it easy for me to give your pups lots of care and attention. To me, quality care for an animal means quality time spent with them! This is a skill that comes very naturally to me because I absolutely adore all animals. Making sure that dogs get proper nutrition, physical activity, and loving is very important to me.

About: I have had a dog all my life. Professionally in industry for 12 years with all training courses. I am certified in small animal vet assistant. Specialize in socialization and play activity. I am available 7 days a week possible nights. Day care available with doggy play dates. Your pet has been around cats and loves other dogs. I live in an apartment with dog park and trails. My dog loves all dogs and playing with other dogs. I also have a large kennel and expert in house training.

About: I have been helping with animal care since I was a kid, my friends, family and neighbors have trusted me to help with their animals needs. My work hours are currently from around 6am to 2-3pm, so I would have plenty of time to take care of your pets throughout the day! About: I’m a dependable dog lover! I have had many dogs growing up & currently have my own bloodhound! I even have great experience with puppies, my family & I bred our last dog twice & I just bred my bloodhound. She gave birth to 10 puppies the first week in July!! I love caring for her & for them! I currently live in Gardner, KS & I’m working 2 part-time jobs during the summer. But during the day my schedule is pretty free & flexible. I have a decent amount of free time!! My open schedule allows for me to give your pup the best care & love! I make sure pets feel safe, loved and comfortable. I provide regular potty breaks, plenty of affection, and playtime! I stick to their routine as best as possible to help them feel at home. In a clients home- I respect your home & your pets routine. Following your instructions very closely. I make sure your pet feels so loved, cared for, safe, and happy while you’re away.

About: I have had dogs my entire life and seriously don't know a life without them. I have two stubborn, little dachshunds who think they're in charge most of the time. They also have two human sisters who they are very overprotective of (they’re 8 years old and 1 year old). My oldest dachshund had surgery for IVDD a few years ago so I am familiar with administering oral medication and providing needed crate rest. I have experience in taking care of puppies all the way up to the more cranky and older dogs. My husband and I work opposite schedules so there will always be someone home with your pup. I'm responsible, reliable, and I promise to treat your fur babies as if they were my own! For boarding, the amount of time your dog is left alone will be very minimal since my husband and I work opposite schedules. I have my dogs to take care of too so I’m used to caring for pets. For drop in visits, I can only do so before 7:30am and after 5pm, unless it’s a weekend. My availability can vary on weekends so just reach out and I’ll see if I can help! I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in and go potty. I’m also able to crate them if necessary. I will feed your pets separately from mine so there are no altercations.

About: I have had all kinds of pets, dogs, cats, goats chickens and so on. I have love walking dogs and love to sit and talk to them. They are family! I work from home. So i can keep your dog or cat during the day. I can walk dogs after 5pm. I have one older rescue dog and 2 older cats. They love company. I do not have small children, i do have an older daughter who loves to help me with pets. I have a fenced yard. dogs will be safe in the yard. Cats will have 2 littler boxes to choose from. If you have special food, i will separate and feed them. my dog/cats are older and very mild mannered. Your babies will get the best of attention.

About: Hi! My husband and I both grew up with dogs and cats and have had our 3 current dogs for a range of 7-13 years. We love to have extra pups to play with and our dogs love it too! My husband and I fostered dogs for 3 years before we switched over to Rover. We have been doing this for about 2 years now!! We enjoy going on hikes, hanging out by the water, playing fetch and getting allll the snuggles. Our goal is to make your dogs feel as though nothing has changed and to feel at home with us. Starting from being comfortable where they sleep, all the way to the company they keep. We do have a daughter that loves dogs and a newborn son, so your pup must be kid friendly if they stay at our house (: Our family can’t wait to meet your fur babies!(: Starting mid March I will be home full time to care for the pets staying with us! We prioritize movement and often walk the dogs separately 2x a day (morning and evening). No matter what the weather is, we let the dogs come in and out as they see fit. During the summer months we keep the pool filled for anyone who enjoys laying or playing in it.

About: I've had three family dog throughout my lifetime and have helped to take care of them. Additionally, I have dog sat for family friends on multiple different occasions. I am a senior at Pittsburg State University and would love to dog sit, dog walk, or anything else when not actively studying! I am available starting August 20, 2024! I love dogs. About: I love being outside connecting with Nature, especially animals. The passion for nature connection started when I was 10 years old in Oregon at a Nature camp. Ever since then I have had pets that I have taken care of. My favorite thing to do is take them on walks outside. I am currently starting a Non profit that is based in Nature Connection. About: I love animals and being a dog mom I understand the struggle of worrying when you are at work if they have to use the restroom. I will make sure to take them out and play with them and give them the attention they need so they won’t be as sad when you are gone! I’d take them out at least three times a day , just to at least use the restroom and get the exercise they need. I’ll also give them extra cuddles for you just so they know they are not bored waiting for their mom or dad to come home. I’ll make sure they are fed and we can even go on field trips together to make it a great experience I am currently working from home so I have the freedom during the day to be able to care for your animals when needed to ease your day My fur baby is kennel trained , but also goes everywhere with me and I believe we play fetch for 5 hours a day no exaggeration, I also trained him well with children due to having a toddler around

About: Hi there! My name is Shelby, I'm 27 and love dogs. My husband and I live in Gardner, KS. We don't have any children of our own yet and my schedule is very flexible until school starts back up. I would love to spend some of my free time with your pups! I grew up in De Soto, KS with 2 Brittany dogs. They are getting older, 11 and 13 years old, so I can't take them on very many walks anymore. We recently got 2 German Shorthaired puppies. They are only a month apart and have made our lives very entertaining! If you are wanting to board your dog at my house, you would need to provide the crate, leash, dog food, etc. We have some supplies for our own dogs that we can share too. During the summer and on breaks when there is no school I am more available. I have a fenced in backyard. I also have an unfinished basement where I keep the dogs in crates at night.
