Dog Sitting in Antioch

About: Ive never not been around dogs! I grew up with Malteses from 0-18 and as soon as I moved away for school I rescued my Husky mix and raised him from 5 weeks old. I’ve cared for many types of dogs, including rescues with troubled pasts, and high maintenance elderly dogs. I spent countless hours volunteering at my local humane society where I encountered & cared for so many animals with their own sets of needs. I’m happy to administer medicine, work on potty training, teaching basic commands, and anything else your pets might need. I do travel 3-4 days out of the week for work and frequently use Rover myself to find care for my dog. I know the struggle of finding and booking a sitter. While I’m only available part time each week, I strive to keep my availability up to date to make things easier for you. Due to my landlord’s rules, I do not offer boarding in my home. And due to me also being a Dog Mom I can’t agree to do overnight stays in your home as then I’d need to find care for my dog. I’m happy to provide drop ins, walks, and checking on your home. As far as care, I love detailed lists! Tell me everything there is to know about your pet, no amount of information is ever enough to share with me. The more details you share, the more I’m able to provide you the best service for you and the level of care that your pet deserves.

About: I have a lot of experience working with a reactive and anxious rescue pit-bull mix…my sweet baby girl, Abby!! It’s been a process but she’s made huge strides! So I’m quite familiar with having to be extremely vigilant on walks, training treats on hand, knowing when to cross the street to avoid triggers…etc. I fostered an adorable blue nose pitbull puppy! I house trained him and worked with him for a year. That was one of the hardest things I ever had to do…let that handsome boy go to his forever home! I also had a dog when I was growing up. The only way we were going o get her was if I was willing to take most of the care of her and I happily obliged! I was also the pet sitter in the neighborhood. I love all dogs! I’m currently not working so I have quite an open schedule! I’ve been a teacher for 21 years and I’m taking a break to do what I love…spending time with my girl, Abby, volunteering at Save-A-Pet, and helping people out by walking their dogs! I’m not able to have pets in my home because Abby doesn’t get along well with other dogs. I’m happy to do whatever a client wants me to do with their pet! I live a very active lifestyle, so if your pet needs to go for a few miles run not a problem! Also happy to just give scratches and make your pet feel comfortable while you’re away!

About: I have taken care and self trained dogs from small to large breeds. And I would love to take care of your pup while your away. I am always home on the weekend and home by 12 or sooner on the week day. Your pup is not going to be left alone. My partner works from home and is all in on helping make sure your fur baby has a happy safe time here. I have a fenced is yard. So we can play outside for a little bit plenty of water and a baby pool if they want to cool off.

About: I provide 24/7 care! I have always had a love for animals. I personally have had dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and even fish. I can never picture my life without them. Pets are an amazing gift to this world and I see them as a part of the family. They give nothing but unconditional love and I'm here in this world to do the same for them! For the House Sitting I get dropped off and picked up from them so once I arrive im there 100% of the time. I am very excited to get to meet your pets and take care of them! Also offer Drop-ins for Monday-Friday late evenings. Weekends I’m available all day. I'm currently doing work from home as a digital artist so I have the luxury of being able to work from anywhere and anytime I want. That being said I have plenty of free time to take care of your pets. Weekdays and Weekends included Each pet will vary to their needs, and I am willing to adapt to whatever will be needed for their safety. I will always check the basics to ensure fence gates are closed or their leash is securely attached. Plenty of potty breaks and playtime :). And of course, fed and given water. Also willing to give any medicine they are in need of. They will be well taken care of.

About: I’ve been an animal lover all of my life! I move frequently so I can’t have a pet just yet. This makes it easier because I still get to spend time with animals! I live with my girlfriend so we can both help take care of your animal! This allows us to work together to make sure your pets needs are met! We will be very present so we will always have an eye on your pet! We will send quick updates to help owners stay connected and reassured. We are outdoor enthusiasts so your pets will get their daily exercise everyday!

About: Hi there! I have been watching animals for the past 20 years (both my own and friends'). I currently have a cat named Kona and a dog named Indy. Kona is full of spunk and has a great personality. She has experience living with dogs and is well socialized. Indy is still a playful puppy and a bit of a goofball. He’s well socialized and loves to play with other dogs (both large and small). In terms of care experience, I have experience with training and building social confidence. I also have significant experience working with senior cats and dogs: mobility issues, medications, blindness/deafness, seizures, and incontinence. As a recent puppy adopter, I also have experience with younger animals and can help with socialization, training, etc. I’m currently working hybrid, so have flexibility for walks and drop in visits. I have a preference for walks in the early morning and late afternoon / evening. I have a fenced in yard and live near the 606 trail. We often take walks around the neighborhood and play a bit in the backyard.

I pay close attention to detail and I am always willing to engage in activities to keep your dog busy but I also know dogs need some down time as well. I stay at home full-time so I will be able to provide plenty of potty breaks and play time in the backyard. I am currently a dog daddy to a Chihuahua named Lucy. About: I’ve loved dogs since I was a little girl and have cared for my own since I was 10. We currently have 3 dogs of our own and love giving them the best life. 2 of them are over 100lbs (old English sheepdogs) and the other one is 30 lbs (mini bernadoodle). So I can handle them all! I often help out with our neighbors dogs when they go on vacation or they need an extra potty break. You can count on me to love, walk, play with your dogs while you are gone and know that they are in good hands. I currently have an open schedule and so I can work with you right away. I have a car to drive anywhere and can be on your schedule. I have an acre yard and live on a lake in case they want to go swimming. I will send pictures and texts of the dogs and how they are doing for feedback and to make you feel good while you’re away from your fur babies.

About: Since I was 14 years old, I have had animals in my life. It began with rescuing a runaway dog, and continued with four more rescues throughout my life. All my pets have been members of the family and lived long, healthy and active lives. I am currently a semi retired homemaker with family caregiving responsibilities. While this prevents me from having a traditional 9 to 5 office job, it provides a great opportunity for me to help other pet friendly families when they cannot be at home all day. I welcome the opportunity to help you. I am a vegan, thyroid cancer survivor. I am excited to offer clients same-day drop in or dog walking services. I know that “life happens” and sometimes we don’t know in advance that we can’t get home for lunch, etc.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the last 15+ years for neighbors, family, friends, co-workers etc. I can walk/run, play and do overnights! Whatever you need, I’m your girl! Can be available all day Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. & on Tues-Thur after 4:30PM. I current do work full time but can accommodate as needed! I have a fenced in backyard with two small pups that can keep your fur baby company. I also have two active kids that love dog cuddles. I can crate at night, but also allow the dogs to sleep in beds or wherever they feel most comfortable!

About: I am a vet tech with 15 years of experience. I enjoy taking care of all breeds of dogs and cats. I am also comfortable with taking care of rodents such as hamsters, rabbits and guinea pigs. I work full time but am available various days and times during the week to take care of your furry loved ones. I’m typically available most weekends too.
