“Milena was wonderful baby sitting my dogs while i was on vacation in Australia !! She keeps you up to date with them by sends pics to you of them as well !! She’s very lovable towards animals. I definitely recommend Milena. You will be worry free leaving your dogs with her !!”

“Dylan and his wife were very accommodating. After returning from my trip, I was held up at the airport which pushed my pickup time back a couple of hours. They were so sweet to not make an issue of it and had my pups ready to go once I arrived. Dylan communicates wonderfully (better than I do, lol). I'm very appreciative!”

“Ray was a great pet sitter for our dog Peaty! He’s friendly and responsible. I never had to wait for a reply from him. We loved receiving pics and videos throughout our time away. I’d recommend Ray without reservation to any of our friends that need pet care!”

“Dana and Brandon were great. Clean and welcoming environment. Kinda felt like dropping our fur-kid off at a friends house for the weekend. They stayed in touch with us and sent updates and pics. We will definitely be calling on them in the future and recommending them to our friends.”

“My Nova Grace has had the best time staying at Noah’s Ark. She is well loved and taken care of. I was able to leave town without worrying if she would be put in a kennel the whole time. This family treats her like she’s one of their own. She can lounge on the couch and run in the yard. She always comes back tired and happy. They truly love and care about dogs and you can easily tell by the first meeting your pup will be right at home.”

“Last minute, we was able to book with Kayleigh. Her and her kiddos welcomed our pups at the door with smiles and it appears our pups had a great time. Will use again 100%.”

“Randi was excellent! I recently moved to Georgia and was very hesitant about leaving my 15 year old cat but she put me at ease and took the best care of him. Randi would definitely be a great sitter for your fur baby! 10/10!!!”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life. I worked at an animal shelter for a couple of years when I was in high school as well. I currently have two small dogs that I adore. I will treat your pet as if they were my own! Pet care seamlessly blends into my routine! While I work full-time Monday through Friday, my home is fully equipped to keep dogs safe, comfortable, and entertained. I have indoor cameras so I can check in on pets throughout the day, as well as a doggie door leading to a secure yard, so pups can pop outside whenever they like. On weekends, I’m usually home full-time and love dedicating that quality time to play, relaxing, and giving extra attention to my furry guests! Whether at my house or yours, your pet’s health, safety, and comfort are my top priorities. I ensure every pet stays properly nourished with fresh food and clean water, and I am fully comfortable administering oral or topical medications as needed.
About: I’ve adored animals my entire life. I have a lot of hands on experience with everything from cats and dogs to birds and exotics. I work from home full time, so I typically have full availability. I have 3 kitties and a small dachshund. My cats are friendly and will retreat to their own space when they want to be alone. My dachshund is friendly and likes cats and other small dogs. He is shy/fearful around large dogs, which is why I’m only taking small dogs. All my animals are up to date on vaccines and healthy. I’m excited to take on caring for other small dogs. I work from home so I'm pretty much always home and ready to take on a cuddly baby or two! Would love to meet yours. :) I have a fenced yard and a pet friendly environment. Indoor and outdoor fun available to adapt to each dog’s specific energy needs. I can administer oral meds if needed. I have experience with all kinds of animals and can adapt to the situation as needed.
About: I have cared for senior dogs multiple times, including administering medication according to their individual needs, sometimes once or twice a day. I’m experienced with dogs of various personalities, breeds, and energy levels, and I’m comfortable adapting my care to suit each animal\. I’m also comfortable caring for different types of dogs, cats, and other animals in general. I’m patient, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s routine, comfort, and well-being. I absolutely love animals and would treat your pet the same as I would treat my own! Pet care fits into my weekly routine because I have a consistent college class schedule and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I have classes at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. On Tuesdays, I have classes from 12:00 to 4:45 p.m. On Thursdays, I have classes from 2:00 to 4:45 p.m., and on Fridays, I have class from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Outside of class, I can make time for walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship. I’m dependable and willing to plan around my classes to meet each pet’s needs and maintain their normal routine. I provide attentive, reliable care based on each pet’s individual routine and needs. A typical day includes feeding meals on schedule, refreshing water, giving medications if needed, taking pets outside for potty breaks and walks, and giving them plenty of attention. I also keep their environment clean and comfortable and make sure they receive lots of companionship throughout the day.
About: I was raised with cats and dogs my whole life. We have had our fur baby since he was 6 weeks old and he is now 4 years old. His name is Chunk. He loves children, animals his best friend is Baxter he is 12 years old and he is a Schnauzer. I have had a cleaning business for a little over 10 years and even tho is was not apart of my job I started falling in love with my customers babies. I will love on them, take them out to potty, give them fresh water and treats and clean up any messes they have made and then I decided to start offering to take care of them for the customers if they needed a sitter. So I take care of both cats and dogs. I never knew that I could love these babies as much as I love my family, I consider all the fur babies my family. My Chunk Chunk is my very best friend. I am his person. I potty trained him, I taught him to sit, shake, lay, and when I use the word calm if he gets super excited then he will automatically sit and behave. He is very playful with other animals. He has never been aggressive or biten anyone bc all he has ever known is love. If you choose me to take care of your babies know that I will take care of them and love them as if they were my own children. We are animal lovers and would love to meet and have more fur babies in out lives. I clean houses part time. So I am very flexible when it comes to your babies routine. When I speak with the customer I always like for the customer to write a list of the babies daily routine and then I have a filing system set up with all your babies information so we make sure everything is done when it supposed to be and then I set a reminder and a timer for breakfast time, lunch time, dinner time, snack time, and if medication is needed as well. I am super ocd so I have a folder for every baby to keep records of everything. If your baby is at my home we live in a 3 bedroom apartment they are free to run around anywhere and they are allowed on the couch and the bed. Alot of times we sit on the couch or floor with them and watch TV and get the puppy toys out and let them play. We take the puppies out multiple times a day to go potty or to go walk and let them play outside. If I watch them at your home I do like a list of instructions and what they're normal routine is so I can keep them comfortable and happy and I want them to feel safe with me. I like to learn they're personalities so I can learn who they are, what they like and what they don't like. I am one who loves to hold them alot and pet them.
“Sean took our cat in for a last minute booking. My cat is high anxiety, especially with new people. Sean provided exceptional care & made sure to send lots of pictures of him getting tons of love. This provider is very accommodating and I cannot recommend enough!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Antebellum North
This was my first time boarding my pup, DJ, and McKenzie make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. She kept me updated on how DJ was doing and how she interacted with their own animals. She even asked if DJ needed any extra support during storms as we had some bad weather predicted during DJ's stay. I can tell DJ had a really good time with McKenzie during her stay as well! I'm very thankful and 100% would book McKenzie again!

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Antebellum North home-away-from-home, packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Antebellum North.
<b>Tip:</b> You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Antebellum North sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
