Hello! I am the owner and operator of Mindful Mutts LLC, a dog training business that serves Middle Georgia. COM SERVICES AVAILABLE: Subject to Change + DAY CARE; Your pet spends the day in my home but returns home with you for the evening. + BOARDING; Your pet lives in my home with me while you are away. They get all the benefits of boarding at a facility, but with a personalized touch in the comfort of a home and the experience of a professional dog trainer. * The following services may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact for more information. + DOG WALKING; 30 or 60 minutes + DROP IN VISITS; 30 or 60 minutes (Typically booked for 1-2 visits daily, great option for cats!) IMPORTANT: All pets MUST be up to date on their required vaccinations. Proof of vaccination should be provided prior to service administration. All boarding/daycare pets should be able to sleep in either a crate, or pen. ♡ PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK ME ABOUT DOG TRAINING 🐶 ♡ 🐾 ABOUT MY SERVICES + DAYCARE & BOARDING A great way to enrich your pet's life while you are away at work or on a trip. You may either drop your pet off or request transportation to and from my home ($0.75/mile). Get ready to set your dog up for a fun, structured and safe stay full of socializing, relaxing, playing and more! Prior to your pet's first day with me, we typically schedule a meet and greet/evaluation. This allows me to asses what types of dogs yours will best get along with, if any, while also gathering information on how best prepare my home for their stay. Each visit is catered to your pet's individual needs. One of the main benefits my daycare/boarding program is the expertise and flexibility I bring to the table. Private daycare allows me to manage pets that may not normally be suited for your regular daycare or boarding facilities. These reasons can include behavioral issues, anxiety, medical conditions, exercise requirements, etc., many of which I am equipped to handle. You can expect play groups to be strategically picked to best benefit your dog. Activities can include puzzle toys, nose games, mental enrichment, fetch, flirt pole play, and much more. All pups will take breaks that allow them to decompress in-between playtimes. This is esential for maintaining the mental and physical wellbeing of your dog. For this reason, your pet should be able to rest safely in either an enclosed space, large pen, or crate. At night, and meal times, this also allows for your pet to be safely contained or in case I run any short errands. A BLURB ABOUT ME: I am the owner of Mindful Mutts LLC, a dog training business that offers group classes at Pet Supplies Plus in Macon, Private Lessons, Day Training and Boarding and Training. After spending many years learning from and mentoring under several other trainers, I found my passion in building, strengthening, and repairing the relationships between man and canine. Previously, I have worked in veterinary clinics, pet stores, and boarding facilities gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the animal industry. In addition to dog training, I am currently working towards completing my Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering. Lastly, but not least, I am the proud mother of a beautiful little girl who absolutely lights up my life. As for your pets, I have experience housing and caring for all sorts of fuzzy and nonfuzzy friends. I currently own 3 lovely dogs across a range of ages and a mischievous male cat. I have previously owned fish, amphibians, ferrets, rats, bunnies, and several other species. That being said, while this IS a dog oriented service app, I do often welcome the needs of other animals as well. I have cared for for horses, peacocks, bunnies, chickens, ducks, etc. while their owners have been away. Should you decide to place your pet in my care, I can assure you that he or she will be provided with the best possible treatment until their time comes to be reunited with you.
