About: I have had dogs all of my life since I was 4 years old. I didnt start to take up the responsibility to take care of them until I was about 7 or 8 years old. I have had a range of dog breeds and sizes in my care from a golden retriever to a toy Aussie. I love take care, play and just hang out with animals. I currently work as a middle school teacher so my summers are pretty free! Whether it’s a one day check in or a vacation, I will happily spend my summer with your pups! During the school year, I am limited to weekends only but would still love to spend my weekends with your pets! I will follow whatever needs you have for your dog(s) whether I have to house sit, walk, or just hang out with your animal for the day. I want to make sure you are comfortable with the care I give them.

I’m comfortable with animals of all sizes and energy levels, from playful puppies to relaxed seniors. I currently live with and help care for three dogs (ages 1, 3, and 12), so I’m very familiar with managing different needs! I work part-time hours, so my time is pretty open overall. My schedule is set for each week, so my availability will be posted well in advance. I make sure to keep a consistent eye on animals even if they seem to be low maintenance. About: I really enjoy animals so much. I just do not meet a stranger when it comes to dogs and cats. Your home would be my home away from home. Im 49 years old with a 5 year old son. I enjoy teaching him about how wonderful each animal can be. I personally believe if you teach a child to love animals they will grow up to be wonderful people. I do not have a big home but it is ful of love. We treat all animals like they are part of our family. I can not wait to meet you and your family (pets).. “Francois did so great with our dogs! My older dog Koda is very hesitant with new people when we leave. He was very happy with François which was A huge relief to us while we were on our trip. He made sure our other dogs got lots of attention and outside exercise time. And he left the house spotless, dishes done, watered my plants, and laundry in the washer. About: I grew up in a house with many pets around. We had dogs, cats, and even some farm animals. I understand how these little critters become important members of families. I will treat your pets with the love and compassion they deserve! I am used to cleaning up messes and walking dogs on a leash, nothing new for me! I work a full time job and get out around 3:30 p.m most days. Unfortunately this limits my availability during the weekdays and I can only do evening visits on Monday - Fridays--unless the address happens to be close to my work near downtown Spartanburg. I'll be available for multiple visits or overnight stays on weekends if booked far enough in advance. Please dont hesitate to ask me any availability questions! I will only be taking clients that need service in their own homes, as I do not want the complications of introducing new animals to my pets in my home.

Finding someone to care for my 10 year old dog with separation anxiety can be quite the challenge, but Kristin was definitely up for it and it was clear when we returned that they had bonded. She also left our place even cleaner than we left it, which was an extra nice bonus to return to after a long day of traveling. Overall 10/10, would definitely book again.
