About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for family, friends, and friends of friends for 10 years. I love interacting with pets, outdoor adventures, and playing my guitar for the pets I watch! I can assure you that your pet will be well loved and have a blast while you are away! Please don’t hesitate to reach out for references or questions! Because I only work on the weekends, I have an extremely flexible schedule during the week. I have plenty of time on my hands and would love to spend it with your animals! About: I have always been able to communicate and interact with animals much easier than i have with people, it comes more naturally to me. The first thing that my closest friends and family say when introducing me to anyone, especially if they have pets, is that i’m great with animals. it fits in perfectly, i work at part time job at a clothing store but my shifts are only typically four hours, and i get off work anytime between 4-6 so right around dinner time. i have an open yard that my dog can roam freely whenever we let her out, she tends to stay within 10 yards of our front doorstep so we do not keep her on a leash. however, should i be taking care of a dog and it does need to be on a leash when being let out, that is no problem at all.

I am new to this app, but I have taken care of dogs since I was 16 (3 years) in all forms: dropping in (x) times a day into owner’s home, bringing dog to my home (with my mom and dad that love dogs too!), staying in owner’s home, and dog walking. I have spent the past 2 years working in a vet clinic, where a majority of my experience has been working with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I am new to Rover, but I have 10+ years of experience pet sitting and taking care of others’ fur babies! I am a full time veterinary student, typically at school 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. I can offer drop in visits a couple of times during weekdays, but I am available to spend more time with your pets on the weekends. Need AM to PM pet care during your vacation? 🦮🐕‍🦺🐾 I have worked for years as a professional pet sitter with a licensed agency as well as through Rover, and I have two senior doggos of my own. 💜 One of my dogs has severe arthritis and needs help to walk and encouragement to eat, so I am familiar with senior needs. I can help senior dogs walk and exercise, as well as administer oral/nasal/ear medications. I keep a pet first aid kit in my car at all times, just in case! ⛑️ I am comfortable around all ages, sizes, breeds, and energy levels 🐕‍🦺🐈🐩🐕🦮🐈‍⬛ This is my full time job and I love it! Most of my bookings are location based and I love meeting my neighbors- animal and human! Build community where you can! I always want animals in my care to feel relaxed and safe, so I like to know all their words(go potty, outside, etc.) and their happy little quirks(loves to give kisses, favorite places to sleep, play and poop, territorial over food, etc.) I prefer to meet an animal with their owner before I take care of them alone. I will only walk dogs on a leash, no off leash walking. I never wear headphones or use my phone excessively while taking care of your pet. I always use pet waste bags on walks and dispose of it in the proper receptacle at the end. I want your home to look exactly as you left it, with healthy, happy fur kiddos waiting for you when you return! Please let me know locations of cleaning supplies and trash cans so I can take care of any accidents that might happen.

I have a small dog park in my complex and a much bigger park couple miles down the road from me. This has allowed me to take my own dog in multiple walks and play visits, but also my neighbors dogs when I am asked to help walk them. About: I’ve always had dogs and cats in my family. I am such an animal lover - all shapes and sizes. I recently lost my boy dog and it would bring my heart joy to honor him by loving on other animals in the community. I work from home 5 days a week so I have plenty of flexibility to walk pups or just pop in for a visit/play date. I do not have any other dogs in the home. I do not have a fenced yard but I am happy to walk your dog on a leash as often as needed. I am happy to crate your dog when out of the house if that is your preference.

I currently work 4 nights out of the week as an EMT! My Fiance is a stay at home mom with our 1 year old son. Our son is good with small to medium sized dogs and all cats of all sizes! My Fiance would be home overnight with your furry friend while I’m at work! When I get home I will rest for a few hours and then take over the care from her. We work as a team! We will provide attentive, compassionate care by feeding, grooming, exercising, and closely monitoring pets. We also ensure a clean, safe environment tailored to each animal’s unique routine, needs, and personality. As our apartment is carpet we would only be comfortable with watching dogs who are trained to not tear it up (we had that issue once)!
