Sarah did an outstanding job keeping with his schedule and handling his anxiety (and ours). Before staying she visited twice to get everyone comfortable and learn about our dogs’ specific needs and behaviors. During her stay she sent a lot of updates and photos and even indulged us with some FaceTime calls to say hello. By the end of day 1 they were fast friends. She also left the house spotless. I’m so pleased we found Sarah and would call her again to watch out furbaby.”

About: Hi there, my name is Sami! I've lived with dogs my whole life, big and small - some of which include a Golden Retriever, a Yorkie, and a Maltese. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :( At this time, I am working another part-time job as a behavior technician Monday through Friday, with the time usually being from 4:30 to 7:00pm. Occasionally, however, I am asked to come in at either 9:00am or 10:00am until about 12:00pm or 1:00pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or visit! I will update my schedule as soon as anything changes. If you have any questions regarding my schedule for a particular day or week, please don’t hesitate to message me! IMPORTANT: As per Rover’s Terms of Service, please note that I cannot share private contact details or accept methods of payment outside of Rover. This is for the safety and security of all parties involved. When out on a walk, I will make sure your friend is kept safe and away from hazards or things they may be uncomfortable with. When dropping in for a visit, I will make sure their needs are met and everything is secured for their safety. They would never be left unsupervised, and they'll get lots of love and playtime! “Mariola was absolutely wonderful! We were new to Rover and in the past, only entrusted our family to watch our pets and home while traveling. As we did not have that option this time, we stumbled across this app and found Mariola. She was very kind and accommodating of our requests. Mariola met with us multiple times prior to our decision, to ensure we were comfortable and trusted her to take care of our three dogs while staying in our home for the week. She communicated with us daily and sent photos of our pups, as well as honored all of our requests such as taking the dogs for daily walks, letting them out to the yard as needed, playing with them, providing the dogs with breakfast and dinner while following their special dietary needs, and taking excellent care of our home. About: I’ve been a dog walker and started a neighborhood business at the age of 10 and I have worked in animal animal hospital for 3 years and an animal shelter as well as a doggie day care :) I have my own family dog that I take care of and I have the availability to be available whenever. I also like to make sure I am scheduling everything that I need to do prior. While caring for my dog at home, I make sure to know when he needs to go to the bathroom. I make sure he’s fed. If I am in someone else’s home I make sure I allow the pets to feel safe and reward good behavior. I make sure he gets his medicine and we play, sleep, and cuddle.

About: I've been pet sitting since I was about 10 or 11 years old, My friends and family have always come to me when in need of a pet sitter. I currently work part time at a tutoring center but I’m available Monday - Sunday morning and evening. My normal hours at work are 12-8 pm but anytime before or after if I’m staying in your home your baby will be well taken care of I normally pet sit in your home for the amount of time I’m needed for:) I’ll feed, walk, and treat your baby like my own

She went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well taken care of. We returned home after being away for 5 days and everything was in perfect condition. She was good at communicating with us and asking questions, which helped with our peace of mind. We could tell she genuinely cared about our pets and ensuring they were comfortable in our absence. About: From dogs to turtles to birds. I grew up with animals all my life. I have my own puppy & 9-year old pup. I truly know the time it takes, walking/ exercising, food schedule, & love to give to both! Just started my full time career, but I have a flexible schedule most days! I’m open to early morning or evening in week days and all day weekends. I love love love animals, so I definitely want to incorporate pet sitting into my lifestyle; especially if it means I can help others during their travels & such. I know the value in crate training, potty/ food schedules if need be, being in a comfortable space for the dog, if you’d like for training- I can try the basics since I trained my pup.

About: I grew up around dogs as my grandma was a verified trainer and breeder. I’ve been around all sizes of dogs ranging from German Shepards to Corgis. I had my own dogs growing up that were professionally trained. While I no longer have my own dog, I am around one constantly and have always had a love for them. I do work the weekends at a restaurant so later at nights but during the weekdays, I am almost always free and in town. I am a night owl but do wake up very easily in the mornings. I plan to follow and abide by any rules or boundaries that the owner sets for their home. I will not able to house any dogs at my own house but will make sure that any doors or yards are locked.
