About: Hi, I’m Katie! 🐾 I’m a lifelong animal lover, mom of four, and experienced pet caregiver who genuinely believes our pets are part of the family. I care for my own dogs, cats, ducks, and chickens every day, so I’m very comfortable with the responsibility and consistency that comes with caring for animals. I’m home full-time for most of the day, with only school drop-offs/pick-ups and occasional errands taking me away. Because of that, I have a very flexible schedule and can provide frequent potty breaks, typically every 1–2 hours, as well as regular check-ins, walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. I love being home and having animals around, so pet care fits naturally into my lifestyle rather than feeling like just another job. 🐾 I tailor care to each pet’s individual needs, personality, routine, and comfort level. For boarding and doggy daycare in my home, pets become part of our household routine with plenty of attention, supervised play, potty breaks, and downtime. I have a large home and a country setting, so there’s room for pets to be comfortable and enjoy their time here. For dog sitting and walks, I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, potty breaks, and any special instructions. I’m home full-time for the most part, so I’m able to provide frequent care and attention rather than leaving pets alone for long stretches. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll communicate with you throughout their stay or visit and am happy to send photos and updates so you know how they’re doing. 🐾
About: I have cared for, Foster and rehabilitated dogs and pups all my life, I have studied canine behavior and fostered over 10 different dogs. I enjoy engaging with then and making the experience fun and comfortable for all domestic pets I am available any day of the week, though I am a college student but my schedule is flexible. Weekdays is preferred and drop off is recommended. The care I provide depends on the needs of individual pet. I will follow as closely as the pets normal routine, feeding, walking, play and naps. If there health concern or behavior issues I am comfortable with working with your pet to ensure they are comfortable.

About: One of my greatest joys is seeing happy dogs with big smiles and full body wags. I understand the stress and anxiety that comes with leaving your fur babies at home while being away and I would love to be there comfort while you are gone!! I have experience with all different breeds, sizes, temperaments, and ages! I have had my own dogs from the beginning fun puppy stages, to the softness of there senior years, and held them in my arms on their final journey. I am more than capable of giving liquid or oral medication, following special dietary needs, or noticing any pain/ discomfort your fur babies need. I also have experience with giving shots, ear and eye drops, wound care, and mobility help as I have had special needs dogs. I’m currently full time pet care, and house sitting. My schedule is readily available and completely open to assist with overnight stays, walking, hiking, playing, and cuddles! I have experience with all different types of dogs and even have to give an insulin shots everyday to one of the dogs I watch. I live in a house with a yard(not fenced) and live a mile away from a park and hiking trails if your pup would like that! I live in a nice neighborhood good for walks! About: I’ve owned dogs since before I can even remember and they all still have a special place in my heart. I have tons of experience with pet sitting, dog walking, belly rubs and ear scratches. “Izabella was so great with coco. I had a last minute request when her longtime caregiver could no longer care for her. I had set up care through another person on rover and they cancelled which left me just two days to find someone. Izabella sent me her work hours so I could coordinate drop ins and walks to work with cocos schedule. She came the next day for a meet and greet. While I was away she gave great photos and updates. She even offered to take out the trash and put some salt down. She offered an additional check in if needed the day we were coming back which was wonderful since our plane got delayed. As always. Amie was great. She visited my dog twice on Christmas day which allowed to to be away from home and celebrate with friends. Amie kept me updated on her arrival/departure and sent updates/pictures that my dog was doing well. I would highly recommend Amie for any per care needs.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
