Additionally, I have experience taking care of my parent's diabetic cat, when they went out of town, which included giving him insulin shots twice a day, so I am comfortable with some medical needs' animals. My cat, Penny, is technically a senior cat, and she remains very healthy and happy! I also have experience taking care of my friends' senior dogs overnight when her and her family went out of town. As well as my own senior dog, Bentley, who has passed away. It has been a few years, but my heart is still too broken to think about welcoming a dog into my home for forever, but I so miss having a dog's company, so, temporary will have to do for now! I know just how much I loved my dog and wanted to protect him and keep him happy & healthy as long as possible, and I promise to treat your pets the same. I was also the proud owner of 4 chickens when I lived in Florida. They were the greatest entertainment! By the time I moved to Michigan, there was sadly only one remaining chicken, I didn't want to confuse her with the weather change, so of course she became a house chicken. She got to live her last two years living inside the house, cozy as can be, with me, my dog & cat. We all loved it! Long story short, I'm also available for some farm animal sitting. About: I've cared for both healthy cats and cats with underlying conditions. For 10 years I had a cat that was diabetic that I had to administer insulin to. My current cat is 15 and requires a lot of love and attention.My cat Mabel is a rescued kitten/ cat almost 16 years ago on Halloween night while coming home from work , about 4 cars ahead of me something went flying out the window . I was able to stop and pull over due to not having other cars behind me . It was very cold that night and the sun was just starting to set . I got out of my car and looked around for a few minutes but didn't see anything and I got ready to leave I hear faint cry and I turned and looked down into some tall weeds and there she was , this poor malnourished kitten crying for help . To make a long story short I got her home and the day my wife and I took her to vet . They kept her for 3 days running ivs into her . We able to come and after 3 days thinking she wasn't going make it. And here she is still with after such a traumatic start to her life . I am very grateful to have Mabel as my best friend and wouldn't trade for the world . I love you very much Mabel .

We were in a bit of a stressful situation — our original pet sitter fell through at the last minute, and we found ourselves scrambling to find someone reliable on short notice. Reed & Natalie really came through for us. Natalie quickly arranged a meet & greet to get acquainted with Khan and helped put us at ease. That first impression proved well-founded. Khan is a cranky little lady who does not warm up to strangers easily, but the visits went wonderfully, and it was clear that real patience and care went into each one. What really stood out was the dedication and reliability. The daily visits required a significant drive, which is no small ask given how painful fuel costs have gotten lately — and that never seemed to be an issue. Even some unexpected car trouble didn't get in the way of the visits. That level of commitment is rare and did not go unnoticed. Knowing Khan was in good hands while we were away gave us peace of mind. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend Reed & Natalie.”

I recently lost my mini schnauzer she was 17 so I may be adding a new member to our family soon. I would like to spend sometime with your animals and spoil them. About: Dogs and cats have been part of my family my whole life! I have also been a dog sitter for over 10 years. A few years ago, my husband and I raised 6 puppies from birth until they went to their new homes at 10 weeks. We currently have three dogs: Ash (Siberian Husky), Koda (Australian Shepherd), and Hickory (Husky-Australian Shepherd mix) who we love to play with, take for walks, and run around in the backyard. I'm currently off for the summer so I have a lot of time at home. I will let the dogs out every 2-4 hours when away but they will be out roaming the house when I am home. Dogs are welcomed in all rooms and on beds and furniture in the home. I have a large fenced in yard and three dogs to keep your pup company. We live in a dog friendly community and near a nature preserve for long walks and hikes.

From all the updates she sent, I could tell my girl was relaxed and just being welcomed to be herself. It was clear from the photos provided that Natalie was getting right on her level and that Greta felt secure. I was late droping-off and picking up, but Natalie was so flexible, which I greatly appreciated. I'm really looking forward to seeing Greta get even more comfortable there, and it just felt like the right fit. I really trusted that Natalie would use good judgement if any issues were to arise, and they actually live a couple doors down from a vet. I could tell Natalie was confident in this role, my dog felt safe and cared for, and I could enjoy my time knowing that she was in capable hands. Greta was so calm when I picked her up, when normally she seems a little frantic to be back with me (even at my mom's)-- if you're looking for a chill place for your pet to feel at ease, this is it. Natalie also asked a lot of important questions when I dropped off Greta which made it clear she was thinking ahead and trying to create an environment that my girl could be happy in. I'm so appreciative of Natalie's considerate approach.”
About: Devoted and die-hard dog Momma over here! I have a Muttley crew of dogs including Labrador Retrievers and Pitt Bull mixes. My pack includes senior aged dogs through to young dogs. About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life, and they have enriched my life so much. I volunteered at animal shelters, working with dogs of all kinds, and socializing with the cats. I regularly walked dogs and was a dog/house sitter for over a year, then took a brief hiatus while I was working full time and am getting back into dog sitting now that I have a house of my own, and can offer boarding services! I have also had two puppies over my life that I helped raise and take care of into their old age. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to spend loving your critters, and my partner works fully remote so he is available to let dogs in and out while I am gone! My skin care routine wouldn’t be complete without dog kisses. I’ve wrestled huge dogs since I was 6, so no dog scares me. And if I get bit, it is what it is cause I still love that doggo. I have dog sat for many people in the past, and I always treat them like my own little family members. I work at a public school, so my typical work schedule is from 7-3:15 Monday-Friday. During the weekends, I am able to dedicate more time for your pet if needed! I am a visual person, and I thrive off of written instructions! My favorite part of petsitting is getting to know each pet and their individual quirks and routines. I’m happy to lounge on the couch or go on many walks throughout the day, depending on what your pets are used to. :)
About: I work at a place called Camp Critter Country for three years. I have given insulin to diabetic dogs and all other sorts of medication and I am also CPR certified with dogs and cats from pet tech! (I can show you my certification if needed) I have delt with all sorts of dogs and cats, even difficult ones. I think I am a person for you to trust with your animals! I work usually 7am-10am and 3:30pm-6p. So I will be able to take them out and be able to check on them pretty regularly! I would follow your instructions and make sure that your dogs and or cats will be safe! I will ask questions just as i would at my job and make sure I dont miss a thing!

About: I have had pets of many kinds almost my entire life and many friends have entrusted me with the care of their pets while away. My friend who ran a successful rescue trusts me with her medically complex rescues. I follow whatever instructions are there with special attention paid to any medications that need to be given or other special details. I'm a freelancer that spends too much time sitting while I work. I'm very excited to add more walks into my life and a bit more out of the house time taking care of your furry friends when you need! In your home I will do everything in my power to take good care of your four legged friend. Whether that means medicating them at the right times, chilling on the couch for a bit of snuggling, or playing fetch in the backyard (or living room) until the exciteable animal is a little more chill from getting energy out.

I will make sure they are fed exactly as you need me to, I will administer medications (if they need them), we will go on walks, and if they are allowed to sleep in a bed, they can sleep with me also. I will make sure your home is straightened up before your return as well. I have a completely open schedule; so I can stop over any time of the day that you need care. Whether it’s early morning, or late evening, I can make that work for you. I will treat your home as if it is my own home. I will clean up after your pet and myself. I can administer medications (if needed), I will feed as you need me to; and I promise to give your pet lots of love and cuddles.
About: All dogs need love, even when you're busy. That’s where I step in! I’ll make sure no love is lost and keep your fur family entertained while you’re away :) I have worked with many dogs outside of the Rover app and love them all - big or small, old or young, stubborn or sweet - and I would love to meet and care for your dog(s) too when you can’t. I may have my toddler in tow with me at times, who loves dogs as well, but if needed I can arrange someone to care for her while I complete the booking. So please communicate if your furry companion is not toddler friendly. About: I have joyfully cared for friends’ and neighbors’ dogs over the years. The dogs always get plenty of time outside and playtime. I will gladly send photos of your sweet pup and can also water your plants or take out the trash if you need. I’m happy to help! I’m fairly flexible and can visit a couple times a day if necessary. I’m a mom and the best hours are school hours Monday through Friday. If you need help on the weekend and have no qualms about my husband and kid joining me for a walk, I can show up for you and your fur friends! Our pup has free rein of the house and is fully trained. She has plush seating in every room so she can be near me whichever room I’m in. She gets loads of back scratches and belly rubs. I believe in treating animals with great respect.

I offer drop in visits, dog walking, doggy daycare, boarding and house sitting. Additionally, I have experience taking care of my parent's diabetic cat, when they went out of town, which included giving him insulin shots twice a day, so I am comfortable with some medical needs' animals. My cat, Penny, is technically a senior cat, and she remains very healthy and happy! I also have experience taking care of my friends' senior dogs overnight when her and her family went out of town. As well as my own senior dog, Bentley, who has passed away. It has been a few years, but my heart is still too broken to think about welcoming a dog into my home for forever, but I so miss having a dog's company, so, temporary will have to do for now! I know just how much I loved my dog and wanted to protect him and keep him happy & healthy as long as possible, and I promise to treat your pets the same. I was also the proud owner of 4 chickens when I lived in Florida. They were the greatest entertainment! By the time I moved to Michigan, there was sadly only one remaining chicken, I didn't want to confuse her with the weather change, so of course she became a house chicken. She got to live her last two years living inside the house, cozy as can be, with me, my dog & cat. We all loved it! Long story short, I'm also available for some farm animal sitting.
