“Karen was very attentive and patient with my senior pug! She kept me updated every day on what he did that day and how he was feeling. My dog has some issues with anxiety and this was going to be our first time leaving him with a dog sitter. Karen took care of him as if he was her own. She has little gates all around the house that was super helpful for our dog as he can’t see well and we didn’t want him stumbling down any steps. She took him out multiple times throughout the day the short walks around the yard. We will no doubt use Karen again for our next vacation!”

It is hard to leave your four-legged with a stranger, but Erick really lifted my anxiety about that and in fact he's taking care of Oscar this week while I'm in Mexico. It is a relief to have someone nearby that I can now count on to take good care of my boy Oscar.”

Our flight was canceled at the last minute, and our trip was delayed a day. She worked with us to add an extra day, so we didn't have to worry about picking Lucy up on top of rearranging flights, etc. We will absolutely use her again. This was our first time using Rover.com, and it was a wonderful experience!”
