Throughout Luna’s stay, she sent me daily updates and adorable pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away in Dallas. It was clear Luna was happy and well cared. Our first time with Jill and we could not be happier. She made the whole transition so smooth. Everything from drop off, to pick up was beyond easy! She gave us some updates on the stay and our pups seemed to be very happy! A big deal for us was her beautifully clean home and turfed backyard! We will be sure to use her when we travel again!
Shalini and her family were really sweet and caring to my dog. Her house is set up well to accommodate the pets with a gate at the door. My dogs had company and we received regular updates and pictures from Shalini during the stay. When my dog did not eat her dinner her daughter sat with her to feed her. This family truly loves animal and we are grateful we had the opportunity to leave our dog there.

I can’t say enough great things about Elaine! I was incredibly anxious about leaving my very senior dog in someone else's care — she’s older, has some quirks, and can be a bit particular due to her age. Elaine was patient, attentive, and so understanding of my dog's needs. She took the time to make sure my pup felt safe, comfortable, and at home in a new environment. I truly felt like she treated her like one of her own. It’s not easy finding someone who is not only capable, but also willing to care for a senior pet with the compassion and dedication they deserve — Elaine absolutely delivered. I came back to a happy, calm dog, and I could tell she had been genuinely well cared for (she almost didn't want to leave!) I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.
Philip and Miju took great care of our two small dogs. Their communication was excellent, we loved the pictures and messages they sent. When we picked up our pups, we could see that they were well cared for and that they enjoyed staying there! Thank you Philip and Miju!
