“Thi and Jace came in clutch last min. We had to run off to Austin for the day and didn’t want to leave the girls alone all day. Messaged them and they were so accommodating. Unfortunately we are moving to Austin and Thi and Jace wont be able to we care for the girls anymore. I will say these two are amazing and we were lucky to have them care for our girls while we are away.”

About: I’ve been an owner and sitter of dogs and cats for 10 years. With that, I have experience walking, playing, bathing, and feeding. Most of all I love being around animals and making sure I provide them with love and care. I am currently a full time pet sitter and love every second of it! I am available most times during the week, whether you need someone to drop-in for a walk or stay with your fur baby full time. In a clients home and at my home I am very attentive to what the animal may need. Play time, food, water bowl and anything else.
“LeChelle has been fantastic with my puppy Gia. Reliable, caring, and always on time, she ensures Gia gets the exercise and attention needed. The regular updates and photos are a great touch. Highly recommend!”

“Kimberly was so sweet and communicative about everything from finding my apartment to my dog’s preferences. I could tell my dog had a great walk with her when I got home. Would highly recommend!! :)”

About: ❗️If your house has any signs of fleas, do not book with me.❗️I have always grown up with pets in my house hold, i have always token care of them when no one else did and gave them the love they deserve. We are with them their entire lives, while they are with us for only a portion. I will be gentle and patient with them until they gained my trust. I can bathe them and play with them too, i cannot groom though. But i can make them smell all yummy! College student! I do go to college all year, even in the summer! I don’t have an outside job, so the only thing taking me away from your furry family is school! I’m always open and i can always get to your fur baby’s when needed! I have 1 doggy of my own and she has fear aggression towards other people and dogs, i’ve learned to work around her personality and to go forward. I bathe my dog by hand inside my home every 1-2 months (depends on if she gets dirty, she’s got a self-cleaning coat) and she gets fed every night! (she eats at her own pace so i just top off her bowls) She is trained to sit, paw, talk, wait, and lay down! She is my first daughter and my soul dog! I love her to death!!
About: I’ve owned dogs since as long as I can remember! I’ve owned Golden Retrievers, Boxers, and now I have an American Pitbull Terrier/German Sheppard and they are the sweetest dogs ever!! I have a little experience in dog training (sit, shake, high five, etc). However I have always loved taking my dogs on walks or just playing with them outside!! I’m currently in nursing school so I have a few free days that I would love to be able to take time to myself (which of course means being with dogs!!) on the days I’m off of school. I do also work a few days a month for just a couple hours a day. I am always willing to play with dogs though!! I have a huge fenced yard that is extremely plain (no pool, no plants). I also have a large temperature controlled garage that they can play in! We have a slow feeder if needed, water bowls, food containers, dog toys, and a kennel!
About: I take on caring for sweet puppers in my spare time. I am a stay-at-home-mom to three sweet boys, 6 and under, and we love to play with pups and go on walks with them 💖 My partner, Travis, will help care for your furry friend if I must run an errand while your dog stays with us, but I will be the primary caregiver. It is very rare that we are all out of the home at the same time, and if so, it is never for long. I am comfortable administering medication as needed. I can care for any breed, however, some I cannot watch in my own home. I love tiny floofs, big lap dogs and everything in between. I have had a number of pets throughout my life and have loved every second of being around them. Pets are an important part to any family, big or small, and we look forward to looking after your pups and ensuring a safe, loving environment for them to thrive in while you are away. Thank you for your time, I look forward to hearing from you and your pup! 💖 -Tara I am currently a stay-at-home-mom to three boys, 6 and under, so I am almost always home to hang out with kids and pups! The boys LOVE to go for walks, so we have no shortage of outside time - weather permitting. Pups receive regular walks, water breaks and lots of love and pets. We will pay careful attention to things owners mention like putting trash cans high-up and keeping our furry friends away from other dogs.
“Mia was great! I had never had someone walk my dog and was a little nervous. She made me feel super comfortable. She took some great pictures along the way! We will be using her again!”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover based in Alvin/Santa Fe. I have owned many dogs and cats in my life and I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets with someone you trust. I’m dependable, patient, and detail-oriented, and I’m happy to follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, walk routines, and anything else your pet needs to feel comfortable and safe. I currently offer: • Dog walking • Drop-in visits • Cat care You’ll receive regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are being well cared for. I’d love to meet you and your furry family members! As a newly certified elementary school teacher, I have summers off and a schedule that allows me plenty of time to care for pets. During the school year, I’m usually home by 4:30 PM and available evenings, weekends, and school holidays. I would love the opportunity to give your pets the same care and attention I give my own. Me, my husband, and our 2 teenage kids live on a one-acre property with lots of open space. While the yard is not fenced, it’s a great environment for supervised outdoor time. We have a friendly, high-energy dog named Zoey, two indoor cats, and two outdoor cats who join us inside during the winter months.
About: Animals have always been a passion of mine, and i’ve always found a way to be around them whether it’s volunteering at animal shelters to interning at wildlife refuges. In college I interned at a wildlife center in Texas where I was a caretaker for many exotic species such as ostriches, emus, lynxes, and pheasants, I’ve always been the go to person for taking care of pets within my community. It started with me taking care of my aunt’s dogs while she was away, to my aunt’s neighbor’s dogs, to dogs of my professors, and so on. However, I began to professionally pet sit in 2018 receiving most of my clients through word of mouth. Through moving to New York city, I lost the network that I built back home. Through pet sitting I gained experience for caring for dogs, cats, and even birds. I also have knowledge in caring for animals with special needs and administering medication to animalsof all ages and sizes. I love to play and run around with dogs, so they will definitely be in for a workout! I would love to be able to provide the love and care that your dog needs and deserves while you’re away from home. I’m currently working varied hours, so my schedule can be flexible to your pets! No time is too early for me to rise to ensure that your pet’s routine is maintained. My number one goal is to ensure that your pet is comfortable in their own home. This means maintaining their schedule, reassuring their social needs, and most of all giving them love. I will do safety checks throughout the day to ensure harmful objects are out of reach. As a pet sitter, it’s important to provide a trustworthy and reliable service. While you’re gone, your pet will be undergoing a stressful time. So although you may not be present, it's important that your pet’s day to day life remains the same.During this time they’ll also receive love and nurturing. Communication is key during your time away, so you should expect a daily update on how your pet is doing. Lastly, I only take one client at a time to ensure that I can spend ample time with your pet.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was a child as well as sitting/walking for other animals professionally for 5 years. I am also great with caring for senior dogs and will give them the attention and special care they need. I am experienced with dogs on medication as well as special diets. Willing to cook your pets food if needed. My only job right now is pet sitting and pet care. I am available 7 days a week for boarding, feeding, walking, etc. Very experienced. I have a fenced yard all around my home as well as 2 small friendly dogs to keep your dogs company and for socialization. I can also crate your dog if requested.
About: I grew up helping take care of the family pets; we had cats, dogs, fish, & rabbits! I’ve always loved taking care of pets and will never say no to an opportunity to meet new ones :) I have experience taking care of: cats, dogs, fish, turtles, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, & hamsters. I have experience medicating, feeding, and basic grooming. I routinely check for potential hazards and remove them from the environment. I’m currently unemployed due to the turbulent job market, so I have all the time in the world to care for your pets. When I’m not home taking care of my own animals, I’m out looking for work or a new place to volunteer. I’m always making sure there’s no choking hazards on my pets toys & making sure their water & food are always topped off. They always get extra love & brushing at the end of the day. (And maybe a couple extra treats if they’ve been good)

I don't have a preference in a size of dogs I enjoy all sizes and personalities I believe every dog is important and I think of them as children. My mom has 2 dogs that I keep when she goes out of town for business but they don't get in the way of my scheduling. I love all dogs the same I just prefer to not work with aggressive dogs. “I cannot recommend Neysha enough! She is SO wonderful and patient with my energetic puppy, Sandy. It was hard to leave Sandy to go back to work, but Neysha made it so much easier. She takes her for walks, runs, to dog park and even gives her a massage to calm her down when needed! If your pet is in need of a kind, knowledgeable, fun companion, Neysha is the right person for you. We just love her.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
