We’ve boarded our dog on several occasions and it’s always been a tough experience because she doesn’t eat very well and has seemed depressed while we’re gone. Our experience with Heather was the complete opposite; our dog was content and happy the entire time, something we didn’t think was possible while boarding 😅. Heather was very communicative and sent photos and videos of our dog every day while we were away. Her facility is also very clean and well kept, and feels warm and inviting as opposed to the large dog crates we’re accustomed to with other boarders. Heather obviously loves dogs and we were so grateful that she took such good care of our dog while we were gone for 10 days. I can’t recommend her and her services highly enough, this was hand down the BEST boarding experience we and our dog have ever had.”

About: I nearly constantly had cats while growing up - our house never felt complete without a cat in it 😺 Until recently, I hadn't had a cat in many years for a variety of reasons and settled for feeding the outdoor cats wherever I lived and rescuing and re-homing any strays. However, I stumbled upon a sweet, stray, tortie kitten last Fall and won her trust. I was able to bring her home and she has wiggled and purred her way into the whole family's hearts 💖 I love cats with my entire heart and will do anything I possibly can to keep them happy, healthy and safe. A neighbor, whom I had never met before, flagged me down Spring of 2024 and asked if I could help her catch a Momma cat and two kittens in her bushes. I took on the job and spent the majority of the day out in the rain catching these babies. Caught the kittens that day and the Momma later on that night and reunited them all at Animal Control the next day. I confirmed beforehand that they had the space for the kitties and for them to please call if they weren't adopted after they were made available. This has been a bit long winded and all over the place, but the point is, I LOVE CATS and I would love to care for your cat or cats while you are away. They will be greatly loved 💖

About: I have had pets my whole life ranging from cats to birds to fish. I also love dogs and so does my 9 year old daughter and my husband. I have cared for family members, neighbors and friends animals (cats and dogs) for many years. My cat is 19 years old and I have also had to say goodbye to my baby, Daphnie who I had from the time she was a baby until she passed away, and my other baby Willow, who we rescued when we lived in Hawaii and was a part of our family for about 10 years. I am therefore familiar with senior care for animals. I’ve administered oral, topical and iv meds (yes I did that home with one of my cats near the end of her life). I am currently a home maker so I have a flexible schedule to care for your babies. Most weeks I am able to do mornings, mid day and evenings I have a fenced in yard. I have one cat, who has been around dogs, lived with a dog and is used to the occasional dog being boarded in our home. He is fine with dogs as long as the dogs are calm towards him. I would not be able to host in my home any very young dogs that may want to “play” with my cat as he is older and also has no interest in being friends with a dog. About: I have a catahula that is now 8 years old I stayed up with day and night caring for him at 7 months old from parvo. I have grown up with multiple dogs at a time throughout my life. I have also saved many dogs off the side of the road and made sure they were given to a forever home. I don't have a preference in a size of dogs I enjoy all sizes and personalities I believe every dog is important and I think of them as children. About: ❗️If your house has any signs of fleas, do not book with me.❗️I have always grown up with pets in my house hold, i have always token care of them when no one else did and gave them the love they deserve. We are with them their entire lives, while they are with us for only a portion. I will be gentle and patient with them until they gained my trust. I can bathe them and play with them too, i cannot groom though. But i can make them smell all yummy! College student! I do go to college all year, even in the summer! I don’t have an outside job, so the only thing taking me away from your furry family is school! I’m always open and i can always get to your fur baby’s when needed! I have 1 doggy of my own and she has fear aggression towards other people and dogs, i’ve learned to work around her personality and to go forward. I bathe my dog by hand inside my home every 1-2 months (depends on if she gets dirty, she’s got a self-cleaning coat) and she gets fed every night! (she eats at her own pace so i just top off her bowls) She is trained to sit, paw, talk, wait, and lay down! She is my first daughter and my soul dog! I love her to death!!

I’ve gained a lot of experience homing both cats and dogs and I love spending time with new furry friends My schedule is slightly limited due to my school taking place 7am-4pm Monday through Friday, I can do drop in visits 4:30pm to even later I always make sure to spend enough time with them. I also make sure that they get enough play time too, and I don’t stray from the instructions that I’m given
About: I have been a dog owner for 8 plus years. Currently I have 4 rescue dogs. Dogs bring me joy and I love their different personalities. I enjoy playing with them, walking and having cuddle time. I currently have older kids that don’t require much time thus available during the week and weekends to help out with pets. My schedule is flexible. I have a large fenced in yard and a doggy door that allows my fur babies to go in and out as they please. I also watch the dogs as they are outside.
About: I have had animals my entire life from cats and dogs to horses and goats. I work in healthcare and can follow diet and medication instructions easily. I am currently available everyday. I can sit late afternoons or evenings as well. I also do overnights and weekends. If you need drop-ins or walks I can arrange that too. I have a 4 acre yard including a large fenced in area and also a smaller kennel area if needed for outside animals. Inside animals are welcome as I have an extra room with bedding, toys, leashes, and crates. If your animal does not use a crate for sleep that is fine also. They can sleep on their bed or pillow in the common area.

I need an overnight trial stay to ensure everything is well between me and the animals Dogs are cared for and watched with a careful eye. They never go outside without me watching them in the yard or on a leash as we go on walks or runs.
About: Animals have always been a passion of mine, and i’ve always found a way to be around them whether it’s volunteering at animal shelters to interning at wildlife refuges. In college I interned at a wildlife center in Texas where I was a caretaker for many exotic species such as ostriches, emus, lynxes, and pheasants, I’ve always been the go to person for taking care of pets within my community. It started with me taking care of my aunt’s dogs while she was away, to my aunt’s neighbor’s dogs, to dogs of my professors, and so on. However, I began to professionally pet sit in 2018 receiving most of my clients through word of mouth. Through moving to New York city, I lost the network that I built back home. Through pet sitting I gained experience for caring for dogs, cats, and even birds. This means maintaining their schedule, reassuring their social needs, and most of all giving them love. I will do safety checks throughout the day to ensure harmful objects are out of reach. As a pet sitter, it’s important to provide a trustworthy and reliable service. While you’re gone, your pet will be undergoing a stressful time. So although you may not be present, it's important that your pet’s day to day life remains the same.During this time they’ll also receive love and nurturing. We’ve boarded our dog on several occasions and it’s always been a tough experience because she doesn’t eat very well and has seemed depressed while we’re gone. Our experience with Heather was the complete opposite; our dog was content and happy the entire time, something we didn’t think was possible while boarding 😅. Heather was very communicative and sent photos and videos of our dog every day while we were away. Her facility is also very clean and well kept, and feels warm and inviting as opposed to the large dog crates we’re accustomed to with other boarders. Heather obviously loves dogs and we were so grateful that she took such good care of our dog while we were gone for 10 days. I can’t recommend her and her services highly enough, this was hand down the BEST boarding experience we and our dog have ever had.”
