Charlayda took care of my fur baby, Haliʻa, for nearly four weeks, the longest I’ve ever had to be away from her. Understandably, I was a little anxious about leaving her for that long, but Charlayda put my mind at ease right from the start. Before the stay, she scheduled a thoughtful phone call to ask detailed questions about Haliʻa’s routine, preferences, and needs. She also made sure I brought everything Haliʻa would need during the time I was away, which really helped me feel prepared and reassured. While I was gone, Charlayda sent me photos and videos of Haliʻan almost daily, which meant the world to me. I could tell from her body language and expressions in every update that she was genuinely happy, relaxed, and being incredibly well cared for. It was clear she wasn’t just being watched, she was being loved. Charlayda even surprised Haliʻa with a special bone treat, which I know made her day. It’s those kinds of small, thoughtful gestures that really set Charlayda apart. Her own sweet dog, Coco, quickly became Haliʻa’s new best friend, and I know she already misses her and their little playdates. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave Haliʻa with Charlayda again. In fact, she’ll be my first call anytime I’m out of town. I’m so grateful to have found someone I trust wholeheartedly with my girl.
I was a little nervous at first due to a slight language barrier, but that worry quickly disappeared. Katya’s mother took such great care of Millie and kept me updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. From the very beginning, Ligia understood exactly what we needed. Since we live an hour and a half away and wouldn’t have time to meet in person before boarding our dog Nina, clear communication was crucial and Ligia delivered.
