About: I'm an animal-loving recent grad from UW-Madison, born and raised in the Midwest. I work 8–4 in behavioral health and spend my free time around animals whenever I can. I have lots of experience with both cats and dogs, they've always been part of my family growing up. I've cared for senior dogs, including giving shots, daily oral medication, and following specific feeding schedules and exercise routines. I also regularly watch high energy large dogs as well as smaller dogs. I always try to mimic each pet's normal routine so they don't feel like they're with someone new, my goal is for them to feel like they're just having a normal day, with maybe a little extra fun! I work in behavioral health care with a schedule of 8–4, and I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which allows me to do midday check-ins on your pets if needed! I'm also available to stay for longer periods at your home to provide care. During the week, I can stop by before or after work, and I'm flexible anytime on weekends. Safety and routine come first, whether I'm in my own home or yours. I keep feeding schedules, medications, and habits consistent so pets feel secure. I'm experienced with oral, topical, and syringe medication, chronic conditions like arthritis and hyperthyroidism, and keeping escape prone pets safely inside.
