About: Hi! My name is Rona. I grew up on a farm in the Philippines. As a child, my parents always had dogs and cats at home. I’ve experienced taking care of many different types of animals. It was quite challenging but it’s fun! When I came here, we adopted Maggie and Lyka when they were still puppies. Maggie is a 6 year old Pug and Lyka is a 2 year old Boston Terrier. I love them so much! They are both lovable and friendly. Our neighbors and friends have relied on me to groom, walk, feed and bathe their dogs while they were away. My house sits in a shady private area and is surrounded by parks and trails so there will be a lot of running around and play time when your dog is cared for by me. I can do oral medication administration, I have had a senior dog experience and can provide daily exercise for your pups. My schedule is flexible so I can usually take on new dogs at a moment’s notice. I will update you regularly with pictures and videos to give you peace of mind during your time apart. I am working from home so most of my time will be caring for your fur baby. Daycare drop-off no earlier than 6:00 am and pick-up hours anytime in the afternoon. We have a large fenced backyard and our two dogs, Maggie (Pug) and Lyka (Boston Terrier) are very good with all dogs. They love to play and will keep your fur baby company during their stay. The dogs are in and out all day using 9 steps. We have security cameras and limited access to our property.

About: I’ve grown up in a household that has always had at least two dogs, usually 3. We also have 3 indoor-outdoor cats. I am now a student at UW Madison, and I have a 5yr old heeler shepherd mix. Throughout her life I have trained her for obedience and herding, and have dealt with low confidence and reactivity with her daily. I am experienced with dogs who are shy and tend to be reactive. I have a part time internship at UW Madison, so I have partially and completely free days every week. That being said, I will have plenty of time to make house visits around this schedule. I have experience training dogs and love hanging out with any breed of dog. I believe dogs need both mental and physical stimulation in order to be fulfilled.

About: I have been taking care of animals ever since I was little, between dogs, cats, reptiles, and even farm animals such as dairy cows, pigs, goats, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs. “Thank you to Gen for taking such good care of Ginger! We will be using Gen for future stays undoubtedly. Ginger is an older weiner dog with a couple of special needs. Gen accommodated those needs wonderfully. I think Ginger enjoyed her stay! Gen's dog is also very sweet and loves having doggie guests. A couple of other things to note:Gen sent several pictures and was very flexible with pick up times (we were sure to give her several hours notice). You should definitely consider Gen for your next dog sitting need!”
