“Melissa was hands-down the best care provider that our dog Murphy has ever experienced. She kept me updated, sent videos/pictures and treated Murphy like one of her own. From the moment I arrived, Murphy felt at home and ease with her; even sitting by her side while I was in the room at drop-off. I think he was actually smiling. I will never use another boarder again! Alcove Kennels is now Murphy's home away from home.”

“Candice was so nice and was easy to coordinate with. Her space was perfect for my dog and a plus that she let him on the furniture as he loves to chill out on the couch and bed. My dog seems to have a great time and I’m so thankful to have someone nearby.”

“Lauren and her family were so great with Rufus. She was responsive, and caring and Rufus was even excited to show himself around her house right when we got there...which doesn’t usually happen if he thinks we’re leaving. Lauren sent me pictures of Rufus throughout his stay and I could tell he was getting some good love and attention. We’ll have to use Lauren again if she’ll have us or Rufus will be one sad pup!”

“We could not have found someone more perfect for our dog than Jane! She clearly loves animals, is very experienced and comfortable with them, devoted lots of time to our dog, and sent lots of pix of our dog being quite content with her. She has a super fast response rate when we contact her, and she was able to do a last-minute booking. Our dog was comfortable with her from the start. She is truly caring and professional and we are lucky to have found her!”

“Amanda was great with our dogs. She listened carefully to each of their needs and made sure to accommodate particular requests. Amanda was prompt in getting back to us anytime we reached out and sent us occasional photos of the dogs playing or resting. She has a lovely home and large fenced-in backyard where the dogs could run free and get plenty of exercise. We felt at ease knowing our precious pups were kept safe and warm while we were away!”

She answered every question I had, was able to meet all of our dog Shirley's special needs (she doesn't like other animals, is a voracious hunter for snacks and needs to have all food kept out of reach, etc. ) and provided truly excellent care from start to finish. We will certainly board with Rebecca again, and recommend her highly to anyone who needs great care for their pet!”

“As I write this review I look down at my pup who is exhausted from her stay with Mary and Todd. They took Harper in last minute for an overnight/all day play date with their other dog pepper. Harper was treated as one of their own. Over the course of her stay we had daily updates and shared pictures of the trip to art Omi and for evening/morning walks. I can’t thank them enough so I figured this review would be accepted as my appreciation. I would highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!!! Thanks again Mary and Todd”
