About: I have taken care of dogs for the last 19 years. I have had my own dogs and have also taken care of family friends dogs/puppies and good friends I have taken care of their dogs. I am currently working full time. If the home is close to my job I will provide mid day drop ins, but if not I will be available after 4pm and on the weekends I will be available all day. I enjoy walking dogs and getting exercise at the same time. I am also able to run with dogs if need be. I am aware of keeping dogs away from others that are unknown. I have a 9 year old german shepherd☺️

About: We have had dogs in the house since I was three years old and we were all responsible for caring for them. I’ve seen dogs through the puppy and training stage to the old age medication and care stage. My dogs were big Labradors, and I dog sat for many people with medium and small dogs at all stages of their lives. There’s not much your dog could throw at me that I wouldn’t handle with confidence and experience! I am currently attending an acting conservatory, the only days that that takes up my whole day are Thursdays and Friday's. Mondays and Tuesdays I’m free after 2, and Wednesdays I am free until 1! Weekends my schedule is wide open and I can work any time, and I am available every night of the week for overnights! With all the animals that have gone through my home growing up I know every pet is different. I follow the owners lead when it comes to how to care for them and never try to push my personal pet care habits on anyone. About: My husband and I have a dog named Jax, he just turned 7 and is such a goofball. We have taken care of dogs for a long time now and Jax loves having friends over! Sean works from home so we are able to give your dog plenty of breaks. Our day normally consists of 2 good walks morning and night, an afternoon quick walk and potty breaks in between! About: I adore animals. I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. When I did not have a pet of my own I always have asked friends and family to take care of their pets when in need. People have always relied on me with their animals as they know I show love and I am very attentive. I have mostly trained my young puppy who has a lot of energy, with the help of a few wonderful sitters. I understand behavioral training, being kind but firm. Teaching with kindness and showing the animals the way rather than teaching in fear. I give a lot of attention and am able to read their body language well. I work freelance so I am available intermittently. But when I am available for sitting I am present to give the animal full time care, so if you have an animal who has separation anxiety and doesn't I take the dogs out first thing in the morning for an hour sometimes even 2 hour run in the park. a few small walks in the day and another longer walk or run in the afternoon. I also love to take the dogs on hikes. I do not have a crate as I did not do crate training with my dog but if you want to provide one I am happy to. My apartment is puppy/dog proof. I have a big yard although it is not fenced on one side so I always watch the dogs when I am out there. I have a nice big dog park near my place. When I was back in home state, I had been sitting for about 8 years on and off and grew up taking care of all types. I used to have my own business called CA Pet Services doing pet sitting during my free time. I have taken care of all types of animals, large and small. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
