About: I have plenty of references and experience with pet care. Growing up, I always had a dog and cat in the home. Currently, I live in an apartment and can’t get a dog. My boyfriend is allergic to cats, so I can’t get a cat either 😢 But I have plenty of friends and family who I have given pet care to. I can read animals pretty well and always prioritize their needs. I currently work full time but would love to use any extra time I have to help out your family. I work 3pm-11pm Sunday-Thursday. I am available all weekends unless my calendar says otherwise. About: I'll provide constant supervision of your pet. I enjoy interacting with animals. Although I am not a professional dog handler I have had a dog in the house for the past 12 years. I will do my best to provide competent care for your pet. I am currently retired from the Columbia County jail, after completing 23 years. I am a Navy veteran. My wife and I have twin boys who are all grown up and out of the house. As a result of this I have become a little bored. I would appreciate your consideration when deciding on who to entrust the care of your pet while you are away. You will be able to be rest assured that they are being taken care of. I am usually available all the time except for the occasional vacation I might go on. Weekends are no problem either. I am pretty much available year round. I like to hang out with my dog all day. Adding more animals to the mix is no problem. I like taking walks with them and I also have a fenced yard.

About: I’ve had my own animals, both cats and dogs (mainly cats) since I was 6 years old. I’ve had to administer insulin before to my diabetic cat that has since passed. My experience with dogs are mainly of the bigger size (I had a pitbull/boxer mix and a pure bred chow chow). I grew up with a magical Golden Retriever named Chessie and a spunky wire-haired Dachshund named Emma. And later, I was lucky enough to adopt a very special 7-year old mini-Australian Shepherd named Lexi who had been surrendered by her previous owner. As a full-time college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable pet care, including walks, feeding, and in-home visits. Pet care is a great fit for me because it complements my studies while giving me the opportunity to spend time with animals I love. Your fur babies will receive plenty of attention and companionship, and they'll make wonderful study buddies while I ensure they are happy, safe, and well cared for. Pets are family to me. My own animals are spoiled with love, affection, and attention, and I treat every pet I care for as if they were my own. About: Since I been born my parents have had dogs and I was luckily able to care for them. I have dog sat for friends and family before and had nothing but a great experience. I work part time and sometimes have soccer practice. I will make time for any responsibilities I need to uphold. If you reach out I will tell u my availability. About: I have always had pets in the house. I am also a veterinarian technician working in a clinic setting. All I do is care for animals. I work full time but it’s only 4 days a week . I’m available nights and at least three day in the week. I always open to just stopping in to let pets out too I have a 2 dogs of my own who are very socialized and love to play with other dogs. I also have a pretty big fenced in yard for all furry friends to play in.
About: Hello! I’m Jess, and I provide specialized walking and drop-in visits across the Catskill, Hudson, and greater Columbia/Greene County area. I don’t just walk dogs; I use every visit as an opportunity to build confidence, improve focus, and reinforce leash manners. My approach is built entirely on modern, science based Positive Reinforcement and LIMA (Least Invasive, Minimally Aversive) principles. I believe in rewarding behaviors we want to see, helping dogs learn safely, without the use of intimidation or aversive tools. I currently work part time on Sundays and Wednesdays, so I have plenty of time during the week to give your pets plenty of attention, playtime, and care. I focus on leash manners during every walk to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience. I can work with dogs on impulse control skills to help reduce pulling through positive reinforcement and force free training methods. If your dog has any triggers I will work to maintain distance and reward when calm to ensure success and keep stress to a minimum for your pup.
