“Jenny was so great! She accepted a late request and helped me have a great first experience with Rover. I love taking my pup Perdita anywhere I go but she doesn’t do well around crowds and some places just don’t allow dogs so it is comforting to have a service like this for dog people who can’t stand boarding their pets for long periods of time. Anyway, Perdita had a good time and got to be in a safe place. it usually takes her a long time to warm up to new people and places, but I think she broke her record today for fastest friendship! Thank you Jenny! I will definitely contact you again if we’re in the area and Perdita needs a place to spend some time. I will also be using River again when I travel!”

About: I have lived with dogs from a young age. I have trained dogs and loved dogs all my life. I frequently watch my friends dogs and I am always available for walk. Dogs seem to love me and the feeling is mutual. I am responsible and I have my own means of transportation. You can trust that your loved one will be taken well care of in my home. I know how important these best friends are I currently work from my apartment with no set schedule. I am very active and I walk my dog Luna about 4 miles a day, broken up into smaller walks. I do not have a fenced yard but I live adjacent to a fenced dog park. I can provide a crate,leashes and dog toys if needed.

About: I have had a strong affinity for animals since before I could walk, and adore just about every pet I meet. I have extensive experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, especially dogs with trauma and anxiety. I own a high energy, anxious rescue (the black and white cutie in my photo album), which has taught me SO much about how to care for pups with trauma. I am comfortable and able to administer medication, and fully understand the importance of your puppy's routine. My nonprofit job allows me a lot of summer flexibility, so I am very available to love and care for your pets in whatever way they need! I live in a house with a large fenced in backyard. My border collie rescue and I play outside in our yard multiple times a day. We do not keep her outside, and she is allowed on all of our furniture. She loves other dogs, big and small! She is super playful and she is spayed! She loves to make new friends.
