“This is my second time booking with Emily and she did just as fabulous as the first. She is receptive of requests, quick at responding, and makes sure to spend time with your pet.”

“Heather is a wonderful sitter. I have a 17 year old dachshund Lady Lala with lots of health issues. Heather is kind, generous, caring and patient to take the extra time she needs. She goes above and beyond on all the visits she’s had with us. I work in an emergency room in Boston over an hour away. On this visit, when she couldn’t get ahold of me, she took my little girl to the emergency room of the veterinary trauma center where she had been seen for her respiratory problems as we had discussed earlier. It’s a half hour away. She saved my little girl’s life. I could not recommend any sitter more highly. She is a dedicated and thoughtful individual to give love and care to your most beloved family member. I can’t thank Heather enough.”

“Danielle is super dependable. This is our second year booking Danielle with great results, the cats seemed comfortable in every picture. Thank you again for being such a great cat sitter!!”

About: Hi, I'm Nikki! I'm new to Rover but I've helped care for animals for many years. I've worked for a dog walking company and it was one of the best jobs I've had in my life. Being out, exploring, and getting exercise was fun for both me and the dogs on my route. I'd give reports and take photos of all our outings. From there, I worked at an animal hospital assisting vet techs and doctors by walking, feeding and holding the animals for their treatments. I learned so much, especially about having patience and compassion for animals that are sick and scared. I gained a lot of knowledge about safe animal handling and body language. I've also completed Fear Free training! I have adopted a pretty quirky Beagle/Boston terrier mix about 10 yrs ago and he's kept me busy ever since. He's very smart and active. A lot of understanding and keeping him busy have helped him come such a long way. It's been so rewarding to see! Are you looking to get your pets out and about while you're at work? I'm available weekdays from the morning until early evening. I'm available for a Saturday morning stroll as well! I would care for your pet as you request. Whether it be a neighborhood walk, a fenced in yard, or a path nearby, I look forward to doing what your pet enjoys! I always have safety in mind, so your pet would always be under supervision and leashed in my care.

About: Hi! I'm Rachel. I have been obsessed with dogs since I can remember! My first word was "doggy-oggy-oggy!" I have been dog walking and dog sitting for over 10 years and absolutely love helping other pet owners when they need it! I have worked with dogs of every age range, including senior to puppy. Right now I am looking to primarily dog walk to get more steps in and spend more time with pups! I can also do drop ins for those that need it. Thank you! I have a dog myself (he is more of a miniature horse) at 96 pounds! He is my best friend! I walk him twice a day, and would love to help out as many other dog parents who need walks for their dogs as well! I have a fenced in yard, if there is ever a need to bring your pet to my house and I have 2 crates as well. Ensuring a safe environment for your pup is my top priority.
“Kayla was amazing with Bella. She’s very attentive to her and my dog absolutely loves her. Kayla provided us with tons of photos which we loved. I recommend anyone looking for someone to lookout for your furry baby she is the one to go to. I will definitely use her services again in the future. Again stellar job.”

With a background in child development, I understand the importance of demonstrating patience and consistency in forming a bond your pet. “Thank you so much for taking care of the kitties!!! You kept me in the loop and up to date on their status and behaviors. With both kitties having medical issues and needing special care, I appreciate the attention to detail and additional time you took to make sure everything was just right. Thank you so much!!!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for over 20 years for family and friends when they needed sitters. I’m dependable and don’t mind being called on last minute. I retired from a 27 career from an insurance company. I am now a part-time bus driver and have plenty of time during the day to take care of your fur babies! I make sure they are fed and eat healthy food. They have a safe and healthy environment at home. My home is pet friendly and safe.

“Amy was great with Jaxx. She gave him his medicine and fed him his breakfast and his dinner. Amy took him for walks and sent me pictures of him. She messaged me when she was with Jaxx and gave me updates on him. I would use Amy agin and recomend her!! She was great!!”

“I hired Renee to care for my kitties while I have been away. She stayed just as long as I asked her to and sent me plenty of videos while playing with my cats and kitten. They were definitely happy to see her and I will be booking her again! She has a genuine passion for animals :)”

About: I’ve always loved all animals and say I alike them more than humans. I have been taking care of dogs and cats for years. I work hybrid so I have time throughout the week and weekends to check in on you furry family members, play, and go for walks! I always respect an animals and owners space. My goal is to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable during each visit, walk, and play session.
“Jacqueline was absolutely phenomenal! She took such good care of all of our pets. She was incredibly flexible with working around both of our work schedules and made it work. All of our pets were very well taken care, we will most definitely use Jacqueline again and recommend her to all of our friends in the future”

“Katie was great once again dropping in daily to take care of my two cats . Very reliable and always sends pics and a note to tell me how the visits went . Highly recommend her !”

“Heather was absolutely amazing! Our senior cat recently started on insulin shots twice a day and we were nervous about leaving him. We were put at ease as soon as we met Heather. She came twice a day promptly at the times he needed his meds and cared for him as if he was her own pet! We got updates and photos at each visit and it seems like our old kitty fell into a nice, relaxed routine with her😊. She did an amazing job keeping his days as “normal” as possible for him and she went way above and beyond keeping his entire space (and ours) tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to use Heather’s services again when we travel. I felt very comfortable having her in my home and with my pet. Thank you!”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. My family got a dog in 2020, a yorkiepoo, and he has been my best friend ever since. I take him on walks, play tug a war with his toys, as well as teaching him new tricks in a matter of a few days. I make sure that my dog is taken care of at home when my parents are at work and I will do the same for you and your pets! Pet care can easily fit into my schedule now that it is summer. I am usually pretty available during the summer as I do have a lot of free time! As safety is concerned, your dog(s) will always have the most attention when in my hands. They will be watched at all times no matter where they are. I will only go in places that the dogs are when I take the dog out and bring them back inside, as well as possibly using the bathroom if needed. I will be in someone else’s space so I will respect the family’s space and privacy.
