She goes above and beyond on all the visits she’s had with us. I work in an emergency room in Boston over an hour away. On this visit, when she couldn’t get ahold of me, she took my little girl to the emergency room of the veterinary trauma center where she had been seen for her respiratory problems as we had discussed earlier. It’s a half hour away. She saved my little girl’s life. I could not recommend any sitter more highly. About: Hi, I'm Nikki! I'm new to Rover but I've helped care for animals for many years. I've worked for a dog walking company and it was one of the best jobs I've had in my life. Being out, exploring, and getting exercise was fun for both me and the dogs on my route. I'd give reports and take photos of all our outings. From there, I worked at an animal hospital assisting vet techs and doctors by walking, feeding and holding the animals for their treatments. I learned so much, especially about having patience and compassion for animals that are sick and scared. I gained a lot of knowledge about safe animal handling and body language. I've also completed Fear Free training! I have adopted a pretty quirky Beagle/Boston terrier mix about 10 yrs ago and he's kept me busy ever since. He's very smart and active. A lot of understanding and keeping him busy have helped him come such a long way. It's been so rewarding to see! Are you looking to get your pets out and about while you're at work? I'm available weekdays from the morning until early evening. I'm available for a Saturday morning stroll as well! I would care for your pet as you request. Whether it be a neighborhood walk, a fenced in yard, or a path nearby, I look forward to doing what your pet enjoys! I always have safety in mind, so your pet would always be under supervision and leashed in my care.

About: Hi! I'm Rachel. I have been obsessed with dogs since I can remember! My first word was "doggy-oggy-oggy!" I have been dog walking and dog sitting for over 10 years and absolutely love helping other pet owners when they need it! I have worked with dogs of every age range, including senior to puppy. About: I have been around dogs my whole life. My family got a dog in 2020, a yorkiepoo, and he has been my best friend ever since. I take him on walks, play tug a war with his toys, as well as teaching him new tricks in a matter of a few days. I make sure that my dog is taken care of at home when my parents are at work and I will do the same for you and your pets! Pet care can easily fit into my schedule now that it is summer. I am usually pretty available during the summer as I do have a lot of free time! As safety is concerned, your dog(s) will always have the most attention when in my hands. They will be watched at all times no matter where they are. I will only go in places that the dogs are when I take the dog out and bring them back inside, as well as possibly using the bathroom if needed. I will be in someone else’s space so I will respect the family’s space and privacy.
