About: I LOVE cats! Animals are great, but cats are the best! I spent a large portion of my volunteer time socializing feral cats, medicating them, trying not to get ringworm (success!!), cleaning them, and up after them. I have gained priceless knowledge from my experience with years of caring for cats. My three babies have also given me a deeper (and more expensive) experience on ownership. Two of my three cats require daily medication. This has helped me learn the ways to administer medication to nice and naughty cats. One of my cats developed pneumonia as a kitten and has had asthma/ chronic respiratory problems since. I’ve become vigilant in looking for signs of distress, discomfort, or unusual behaviors in cats as they are often silent sufferers. I have also become VERY adept at cleaning as my youngest cat requires multiple baths a day as a kitten (so did his litter box). I am able to help with daily grooming for longer hair cats to keep their hair mat free and lush. With permission (from the cat) I can also help clip nails! Most importantly I can give lots of love, snuggles, and kisses!!

About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. About: Growing up I always had a dog or two. I had worked at a dog daycare facility professionally for 8 years. During my time there, I've taken care of various puppies to their adulthood and senior dogs. Since the facility is cage-free, I dedicate myself to ensuring the dogs have fun, are safe, and love in our care. Currently, I have two medium and large dogs who constantly love to play, whether it is water play in the backyard, going on walks, frisbee or just relaxing in our backyard! I'm currently a nursing student on and a part time barista. I only work part-time for a few hours a day, usually morning until noon time, so your pet will receive lots of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship throughout their stay. I have a two-level yard, a six-foot fence all around the yard, and a door your pups can easily access to potty or play. About: I’ve cared for about 8 dogs in my life. I currently own two and all of them have been like my best friends. I also used to volunteer at a pitbull rescue for a year and a half while serving in the military. I also have a cat and have been cat sitting neighbors cats since I was 10. About: I have had dogs my entire life and currently have a sweet 7 year old Yorkie mix who is definitely the center of our household. If your pup is used to a home where they get lots of attention, then ours is the right fit. I volunteer with the Hotel for Homeless Dogs in Cumberland and understand the patience and love dogs need when with someone new or in an unfamiliar place. I’m a teacher so my summers and weekends are relatively free and I would love to spend some of July and August caring for your pup. During the summer, I usually take my dog Petey on about 4 walks a day and would love to bring your pup along as well. I do only take small- medium sized dogs as Petey can sometimes be intimidated by larger breeds. I live with my husband and stepchildren who have had dogs all their lives and understand how to be around them. I have an unfenced yard and live in a quiet neighborhood. I love going for dog walks and you can be assured your pup will be outside for a good portion of the day. I can crate your dog if you like, but we don’t crate our own.

About: As a child I grew up with two dogs and a cat. I am a true people person as well as an animal lover! I have taken care of family, friends, and neighbors pets while they are away. I have fostered dogs in the past and currently have two cats at home! I am currently working as a registered nurse so my schedule is very flexible throughout the week and weekends. I work 3 12 hour shifts per week. I'm willing to help out when I can and work around my schedule. I assist with feeding and companionship with both animals in my home and the services I offer. I often do care in the clients home while away on vacation but would also be willing to come over for just a walk or a little play time.
About: I have been taking care of pets since I was 13 years old. I would watch neighbors pets and friends/ family pets as well. I love hanging out with pets and playing with them. I love getting to know each dogs personality. I am currently in school and I have a part time job as of right now. I am flexible with schedules and able to work with you when it comes to scheduling. I would prefer a fenced in yard for the dog or dogs and i would take it on walks dog parks and play with them as much as possible.

Between learning to administer meds for my diabetic cat to training my own dog to be daughters emotional support pet, I have quite a bit of knowledge. I have a tendency to spoil animals...If you let your dog sleep on the furniture then I will fully condone that and be curled up with them!
