She seemed to truly enjoy caring for my animals and celebrating every achievement. As a rescuer for over 30 years, I have special babies that need a little extra TLC, and I could tell she knew her way around not so easy animals and managed to win them over almost immediately. We never go away, but the likelihood of a repeat vacation has increased knowing that Darlene will be around to help. Darlene stayed at our house for a week and cared for our dog, cats, hermit crabs, birds, and fish. And she even volunteered to feed the wandering neighborhood cats and wildlife! Also, I’ve never had a Petsitter who left my house as she found it or better. Returning is hard when you have to do major cleaning after you get home, but that was not the case with Darlene. Thank you Darlene! Please stick around the area so we can call on you again ?”

About: Hello! I’ve been around dogs my whole life and and excited to get to know yours and help out this summertime! For almost 15 years, I helped raise and take care of my family dog, Dakota. She was terrier mix who loved to play and eat like there’s no tomorrow! A few years after she passed, my sister adopted a puppy, and being a dog aunt has healed my heart once again! I love seeing dogs grow into their own personalities and learn from real world experiences. I feel that helping raise puppies, and continuing to care for them as they age gives me first hand insight on how dogs should be treated for best results: with patience, attention, and compassion. I feel confident giving commands and helping with basic training to puppies and actives, while also being more than happy to sit and chill with others :) Starting in June, I will be off for summer break from my job and will be available almost every day. I have pretty open availability on the weekends and am flexible to change things up. I’m looking forward to having a bit of a mixed schedule and taking things as they go. When sitting in a clients home, I think it’s important to make sure your fur baby feels comfortable since it is their space after all! I will do everything I can to help, whether it’s trying to play or get outside for a walk, but if it’s simply not happening and your pup is feeling nervous about someone they’re unfamiliar with in their home, then I will never push a boundary.

About: Clients often tell me their pets feel truly cared for by me, like an extension of themselves, because I offer the same love, attention, and intention they give their pets. I work and go to grad school remotely, so I have tons of time to attend to, play with, and love your sweet pets throughout the day. I organize my schedule around you and your pet's needs once you have booked a sitting with me. I live in a tiny house (on the larger side) on a large fenced piece of property. I can give your pup as much indoor/outdoor time as requested.

About: Throughout my life I’ve had 2 dogs, 7 cats, and I currently live with 3 cats. I don’t have a preference between cats and dogs, I love them equally! I don’t work a regular job so my schedule is almost always open for pet sitting. I’m free to house sit, dog walk, whenever you need me. I keep my cats indoors, give fresh water every day in their cat fountain. I feed every morning and every night on a consistent schedule, a mix of kibble and wet food.
