She didn’t experience any issues with our elderly, special needs dog who requires medication and a Bailey chair to eat in twice a day, who also can be dog reactive on walks. Nor with our senior cat who requires medication daily as well. Our other senior cat who is very skittish even came out to say hi, which I think shows a lot about Angie’s character. We loved the occasional check ins and photos of our pets we received from Angie. On top of all of that, we came home to a clean house. After being gone 10 days. With 3 shedding pets in the house! “Paul was a fantastic pet sitter for our family this past week while we were out of town. He gave our dog, cat, and fish more love and attention than they typically get with our busy schedules. Our dog has struggled with sleeping when being boarded and having her normal environment kept her very relaxed and happy. Paul sent photos everyday with updates to let us know their status. A small bonus was Paul kept an eye on the house and grabbed our mail and packages and kept them put of the weather. Paul was reliable and trustworthy. Will definitely be using him in the future!”

About: I started in the veterinary field at the age of 15 as a kennel technician and cross trained in the clinic as a veterinary assistant. I then went to school for animal/veterinary science and graduated with valuable skills and education. After school I went into zookeeping where i cared for a variety of taxa including but not limited to carnivores and hoofed animals. After leaving the field and changing careers, I became a foster home for Oh My Dog Rescue based in the Des Moines IA area. As a Retail Manager my schedule is not consistent however I guarantee that I will check on your animals a minimum of twice per day unless otherwise agreed upon. I do best house/petsitting for clients who leave detailed instructions and emergency contacts. I bring structure and high quality care to the table in every home I enter.

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life! I do have a pup of my own, but am still sitting for those that are in need and don’t mind another dog in the home! I am also doing dog-walks and pop-ins! I work from home so your pup wont be alone. Weekends are usually open. I love all sizes and can’t help but spoil any one I meet! I have experience with both small and larger dogs. I would love to walk or jog with your pet, even if it is cold outside depending on what they can handle. Feel free to message me with any questions! I work for myself and from home so I am able to adjust my work schedule pretty well. No dogs have needed to be kenneled while working. I have a pup of my own that loves to play with others. If they do not get along, I have a gate at that can keep them separate-although I have not had this issue yet. We have a big crate that can home your pup when we are out of the house.

About: I have had animals most of my life and regularly cat sit for friends and family. I am great in emergencies and a kind caring responsible person who will treat your pets like my own. I am calm quiet and gentle by nature and animals tend to pick up on that and like me. I’m always respectful of others homes. I am available 24/7 365 days a year I am happy to work around your schedule and available most hours of the day or night I follow whatever instructions are needed and I let my dogs out to potty every two hours along with cleaning litter boxes and plenty of playtime and snuggles. I also respect privacy and personal property and am not a person to mess with your stuff.
