She listened to my care instructions for Cash and was able to administer his medication. She was able to work with him since he just had an amputation surgery and worked with him in his walking, and going to bathroom. She updated me daily with pictures and videos of how Cash was doing. As a first time user of Rover, I was beyond nervous to leave my dog with a stranger for a week. You can never prepare enough for that but Rachel was the perfect person to leave him with. These guys were AMAZING!! They gave us frequent updates, and absolutely spoiled our dog with love! What I loved the most though? They are very responsible dog owners - wanted to do a meet and greet beforehand, and they made sure that there dogs had good manners. We have done lots of training with our dog, and they had no issues maintaining the training items we did so he didn't slide back while staying with them. 100% will be booking with them again when we go out of town!!
Natasha was amazing. This was the first time my puppy has been away from home since I got him and she really helped calm my nerves about being away from him. She sent pictures and updates showing just how much fun he was having while in her care. He also received some much needed socializing with other pups. 10/10, I will be rebooking!
Max had an amazing time with Patricia. He was so happy when we picked him up. She fed Max, played with him, took him for walks and even took him to the park. He was thoroughly entertained and in love with Patricia. Patricia also sent us many photos and videos to keep us updated and it gave us a lot of confidence. She treated Max as her own pup and he was in great hands. I highly recommend Patricia for your furbaby.
