About: I have experience with dogs, cats, and bunnies. I currently have 2 cats, a boy Ronald and a girl Evelyn. They are very hyper and so sweet. I also had 2 bunnies for 6 years until they crossed the rainbow bridge. I love my babies and treat them like the family they are. I am a mom to a 1yr old baby as well and make sure he knows the importance of respecting animals boundaries and treating them with so much love and kindness. I’m currently a stay at home mom so I’m available 7 days a week, anytime unless I have prior commitments. Weekends would work best for me, but I’m sure I can make anything work. I do have a separate space for cats that is easier to manage. Current cats in the home do free roams but there is an entire space devoted to the dogs in the home. Can crate and rotate as needed and care for up to 2 dogs if everyone can get along. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
