“Brigit is great! She has stayed with my pups several times now and I do not worry when she is with them. I highly recommend her and she is my first choice when I need a sitter!”

“Autumn was so amazing while watching our pups and home while we were away. We got regular updates, photos and video. We have 2 rescue pups that have a tendency to be anxious and they took to Autumn right away. It’s so comforting to know that your littles and home are in good hands, she is amazing and we are so thankful for her service. I would recommend Autumn to anyone needing in home dog/house sitting service.”

“As usual, Alexus did a fantastic job sitting for my dogs for a few days. She really goes above and beyond and it’s clear my girls absolutely love her!”

“Josie did an amazing job taking care of my dogs and my home. The dogs were very happy and the house looked great. I would definitely have her back again. Thank you!”

About: Ive always preferred animals to people. As a dog groomer of 4 1/2 years, I’ve seen dogs so small they can nearly fit in the palm of your hand, and dogs so big we need 3 people to lift them into the tub. I’ve dogsat for my coworkers as well as clients of the shop. I’ve dogsat as many as 8 dogs for my coworker, and as few as one:) As of right now I’m not working, so for the most part I have an almost free schedule:) Because of my partners job I have to come back to my apartment to feed and check on our cats. I also have certain appointments that may fall on days I’m dogsitting, but those often don’t exceed 2 hours:) When able, I prefer the people I pet sit for to write down any specific instructions like how much food and when, any medications, any extra house care like watering plants etc. I can crate your dog if needed and take them on walks. My care is personalized to you and your pets needs:)
“We had not tried a house/dog sitter before, and were very lucky to have met Malcolm. Our dog Molly is a little bit rambunctious, and she took to Malcolm immediately. He kept her on her food and exercise routine and sent pictures of her activities to us while we were gone. I felt like the communication was fantastic, Molly was well cared for, and my home was in better condition than when we left. What more could you ask for?”

“Amber was so professional, responsive and very sweet! She stayed at my house and when I got back from my trip it was exactly as I left it. She sent me photos and videos of my Stout and kept me updated on how he was. I would definitely recommend her and will be rebooking!”

“Colby was an excellent pet sitter! Enjoyable to meet, thoughtful, attentive, responsible. Very sweet with my animals. Sent regular photos and updates and was available for an extra night when I had a flight issue. I highly recommend Colby!”

“As always, Ava takes great care of my Tallulah & Dennis. Always prompt and arrives when she says. I’m so appreciative of the great care she gives my 2. Especially my Dennis who doesn’t really like anyone but me. She provides regular updates and communicates often. I’m so appreciative and grateful. She is a blessing.”

“Madison was wonderful! Really sweet and made us feel at ease by keeping us posted with photos of our pups. We felt our home was well taken care of while we were away and can’t recommend her enough!”

“Cindy is great! If you see pictures of a very handsome gray cat on her profile he’s mine! She always sends us pics of him while we’re away. She does a great job with him and the house is spotless after her stay.”

About: I have been around dogs since birth, and began house sitting in others houses about 4 years ago. I have owned and dog sat large dog breeds, small breeds, and everything in between. I have raised my own puppies and taken care of them until they are also seniors. I understand how important it is to have a reliable sitter and want to give your fur baby the best possible care! I am a full time college student but only attend in person class for a couple hours, two days out of the week in the middle of the day. I do participate in some outdoor activities some nights of the week for small increments of time. Other than that I will spend all of my time with your animal! I only go to clients home, but I am completely comfortable staying over night. I will do anything you ask for your fur baby, and may add a couple of treats throughout the day:) ! I am also comfortable walking/running your dog, and even taking them out in public if you are comfortable.
About: As a dog owner and animal lover, I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family for three years, caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I’ve handled everything from feeding schedules and long walks to medications and overnight stays. I make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away, and don't forget to give them plenty of love and cuddles! I work part-time in the mid afternoon/evening and spend most of my time at home, so your pup will get plenty of attention throughout the day! I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays and can easily adjust to your dog’s routine. Safety and comfort are my top priorities! I always make sure dogs have a clean, secure space to relax and play. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully to keep routines consistent, and I make sure every dog feels comfortable and at ease. I treat all dogs like part of the family—lots of cuddles, playtime, and gentle supervision. You can trust that your pup will be safe, loved, and cared for just like my own.
“Arman was great with our two pups! Since it was a longer trip he walked them for us as well as staying at the house which was huge since they are both very active and need time outside every day. Quick to respond and took good care of the house too. Will definitely book again.”

Academy Ridge East pet parents share their Rover experiences
Samuel was very caring and understanding of my young, timid pup. He spent lots of time with him and helped him gain confidence in doing all the dog things. I am so grateful for all the play time and exercise he got in his care. Russell was more confident by the time we got back with all the attention he was given.

Scott did a great job taking care of our home and dogs! The dogs instantly liked him, and he sent photos and updates to us during our trip, as we had agreed upon. One of our dogs came down with a UTI just before we left, and Scott was just fine administering the additional medication that she needed to take for that. (she's all better now! Yay!) Our home was clean when we returned and Scott even kept the outdoor plants alive while we were away - in spite of the dry weather and heat. We look forward to having Scott as a house sitter again!

Luca took care of our dogs and house for a full week, and we could not have asked for a better first experience with an in-home pet sitter. We were especially nervous because our newer dog is extremely timid around new people, but Luca was incredibly patient and took the time to build trust with her before we left. That effort made us feel so much more comfortable going into the trip. Right before we left, our older dog also started having stomach issues and needed a specialized multi-step diet. Luca followed all of the instructions carefully, kept us updated every day on how she was doing (including stool updates), and handled both outdoor cleanup and a few indoor accidents without complaint. We came home to two happy, well cared for dogs. It was obvious our pets were comfortable and loved while we were away. We would absolutely book with Luca again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate sitter.

Emma was a phenomenal house-sitter for our busy home of two cats and a high energy 7-month old puppy. She was a lifesaver accepting our week-long sitting request with just a week of notice. She took great photos of all three animals and gave us detailed updates of daily activities. Emma followed all requests with ease and even changed up her work schedule to accommodate our puppy’s needs. We would happily book her services again. Thank you Emma!!

Armen was great with Dewey! Armen communicated well in advance, asked great questions during our meet-up and took really great care of Dewey while we were gone. He was very respectful of our home and followed the instructions perfectly. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Armen again.

Grace was available last minute for pet sitting in my house, and was very accommodating for my open-ended return. She sent pictures and good updates daily. The house looked great when I returned and my dog was very relaxed - I could tell she had enjoyed her stay with Grace and that Grace had treated her very well. I can recommend Grace for your peace of mind while you are away.

CK did a great job with my four legged kids! Our flight from Dallas was delayed for over an hour, which put us home at 11:30 pm. CK put the dogs to bed and was there when we came home. She sent pictures of my pets when we were gone. We tipped her cash for the extra time. We would gladly use her again.
