If I could give less than one star I would. Hannah presented herself as somebody who cared about pets and I found out very quickly, that was inaccurate. It was found that she was not staying the night, or coming at the times that she said she would to stay with our cat. When confronted with this information, she lied. Then when told that she was fired, no apology, no explanation, no regret. As of today, we have had to file a police report to get the keys back to our home which she has not returned into the lockbox a lockbox which she also left the code of, open to the public. Would I recommend her not unless you would like your pet ignored, not cared for, no litter box changed, not staying the night as stated she would, so no. Not if you’d like to get your property back. Not if you would like to not have to go to the police to try and get that property. I do appreciate Rover and their team and working with us to try and get this resolved as for Hannah, grow up, be responsible, do what you say you’re going to do, own your mistakes, and don’t lie

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Hannah for house sitting based on our experience. We booked and paid for four nights of house sitting/overnight care for our dog, Bach. Before leaving, we provided Hannah with detailed written and verbal instructions regarding his feeding, medication, potty schedule, and routine. Our reservation was scheduled to begin between 5:00–6:00 AM on August 12, but our home monitoring system showed that Hannah did not arrive until approximately 11:00 AM. This disrupted Bach’s morning feeding, medication, and outside schedule. More concerning, Bach was left alone overnight even though we had specifically booked overnight house sitting. He had never been left alone overnight before, and this was especially important because he takes daily medication for separation anxiety. Throughout the stay, we also observed multiple discrepancies between what was communicated to us and the time-stamped activity documented by our home monitoring system. Communication became inconsistent as well. We were across the country and initially hesitated to confront the situation because Hannah was the person responsible for Bach and we did not have backup care available. Ultimately, we became uncomfortable enough that we changed our travel plans and returned home early. We trusted that the four nights of house sitting we purchased would be provided as agreed. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We have reported our concerns and supporting documentation to Rover. Based on our experience, I would not use Hannah for future pet-sitting or overnight house-sitting services.

Hannah was very responsive and flexible during our booking. Great communication and timely updates through texts/pictures. Appreciate knowing that Peanut was well taken care of. Thank you, Hannah! Hope to work with you again soon.

I was very pleased with how Hannah took care of my puppy and my home. Puppy kept thriving and she kept up with his daily training. It was a lot to ask for a long period of time.

Hannah was wonderful! She had a full setup at her place with everything needed for my pups needs and more! She was extremely confident in her care skills and proved to be just that. I will definitely be booking again with Hannah!

My fur baby absolutely loved her time with Hannah! She cared for her as I would. I would 100% recommend Hannah and her pet sitting services! Thank you Hannah was taking such phenomenal care of my baby!
