About: I started caring for neighbors dogs when I was 11 years old. I walked dogs around the neighborhood every day after school from middle school until my 2nd year in highschool. I have multiple families that still ask me to care for their pets when they go on vacation. I adopted a rescue dog around the time I stopped walking other people's dogs. She was very skiddish and needed proper training to help with her separation anxiety and reactivity toward other dogs. Because of the training I went through with her I have learned a lot about the training and care that goes into owning a dog. My dog lives with my mom in Syracuse and once I move into a bigger home she will move back in with me. Until then I can help others take care of their pets. I work part-time and mostly at night. I can take your pet on plenty of walks during the day. I am very flexible and as long as you reach out with some notice I will be able to make you and your pet a priority. I love my dog and understand how nerve-racking it can be to leave your pet with under someone else's care. I can send pictures and I can communicate with you quickly to send you updates to keep you in the loop when you are away.

“Kyleigh stayed with Ellie for 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. She was outstanding -- amazing communication before her stay, she visited us twice before we left, she's extremely responsive and replies to texts almost immediately. She took excellent care of Ellie who is 6 weeks post-op after surgery on a torn knee. She has many restrictions and takes meds 2x/day and Kyleigh handled all of that with confidence and ease. Kyleigh left the house in pristine condition and even left us some of the brownies she baked while there! We are already planning to rebook with her!”

About: I have 6+ years of taking care of my 2 jack Russell’s, neighbors dogs + cats in 3 different states and my boyfriends parents 2 cats (1 disabled). Promptly giving medicine to those animals in need for specific time, and patience tending to their attentions and needs. I work full time remote M-Thursday 8am-4pm with an hour and half lunch break each day. I work 3x a week part time on site and can be flexible as needed. I have a high energy dog (Jack Russell) that requires a lot of assertiveness and strict use of instruction. But at the same time requires rewards and playtime. I love to care for animals, but also care about the safety of myself, and owners property always keeping that at a #1 priority of my surroundings and the pets safety and better interest of the owner.

I typically only work in the early morning at my regular job so I will have plenty of time for your furry babies. I can either stay with them or do check ins a few times per day. About: I don't remember a time when I haven't had an animal in my life! I grew up with both cats and dogs and enjoy taking care of both! Family members, neighbors, and friends have had me watch their pets of all ages and breeds from puppies to senior dogs and yorkipoos to labs! My favorite breeds are golden retrievers and black cats! About: I grew up with two cats, so I love cats as well as dogs. In 2019, I adopted an incredibly loving, gorgeous lab pit named Lucy, and she keeps me very active every day! She was a rescue dog, and although we were originally fostering her, I bonded with her too much to let her go. I’ve always been a natural introvert and have been drawn to the compassion of animals. I believe we can learn more about our own humanity through caring for animals. I look forward to meeting your amazing furry friends! In addition to Rover, I substitute teach right now, and this allows me to have a very flexible schedule. It's closer to part-time than full-time. My priority is to listen and adapt to each client’s needs/preferences, so that both the client and their pets will be as happy as possible.
