1. August S.

“August was a wonderful caregiver to our 2 mid-sized labrador mix dogs, one 12yrs, one 6yrs. August slept in our home during our family's wk long vacation. They provided several walks a day, fed, medicated and supported a relaxing, consistent environment for our beloved pups. Our older dog required medical support while in Augusts' care. August maintained conversation, with health updates with our veterinarian and myself which allowed me peace of mind while we were traveling. August was able to set up and manage playdates and excursions with our friends for our 2 pups. August left our home and our pups in perfect shape and I was very grateful for their presence. I highly recommend August and will absolutely use them again.”

“Fiza is an exceptionally selfless person that is willing to take animals in and protect them. She has pets of her own and understands how they easily become a part of the family, and I know she will treat and care for pets as if they are her own. She has rescued and fostered a lost cat before (that became my own furbaby) which exemplifies her compassion for animals. She is responsive to human and pet needs, and is very communicative. Fiza is very trustworthy, prompt, dependable, and updates frequently! I would recommend her to take care of my cat again!”

13. Emma S.
About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid, that’s like a lifetime experience! While I mainly focused on horses I have also had experience with many dogs and cats. I have watched, taken care of, walked and even trained dogs and some cats too. I love animals as if they were my own and love to spend time with any kind especially furry ones! I guarantee that your pet will have a great time with me wether it be walking, playing or just hanging out. I am very flexible to any of your pets needs and promise to treat them with care. I am currently working full time but am planning to start doing so from home soon! I have plenty of time for feeding, taking care of and playing or petting after work, or before and during my long lunch break. I have a large fenced in backyard and I am big into hiking and going for walks. I have trails near my home that I would love to take any dogs or even leash trained cats with me. My home is spacious with plenty of room to roam around and cozy spots to snuggle up to. My cats always have access to food 24/7 but I can adapt to multiple feeding times or diets if needed for any other pet as well.

14. Amber D.

“Amber was an amazing house and pet sitter! She is extremely conscientious and treats your home and pets as if they are hers. We have never returned from a trip with the house so clean and tidy, and with our pets so calm. We have two needy cats and an anxious dog who takes time getting to know new people, and within less than 24 hours, all three pets were so comfortable with Amber. She sent us photos and updates, and was easy to communicate with. Honestly the best Rover experience we have ever had!”

15. Amanda M.
“Amanda Mackey is truly an angel! She's dedicated her life to fostering homeless animals of all kinds. She's been fostering dogs up for adoption online for years now on her own, using her own money! She is not affiliated with an organization, just has a heart of gold. She has also been advocating for animal welfare in various ways. And as if that wasn't enough, she will soon be opening a little sanctuary in Southwick, MA for many more animals! She's full of compassion and dedication to animals, so I give her two BIG thumbs-up!”
