She was so nice and enthusiastic and can tell that she just loves dogs. She took the time to meet us before Angelo’s stay with her. Lorena gave me multiple updates a day with lots and lots of pictures which I appreciated so much! She also spoiled him and took him on multiple walks a day. My dog doesn't need special accommodations, but they were prepared for extra time, yard time (she loved that), sleep on furniture, etc. They also communicated well for meet/greet, drop off, pick up, and the times they were in the house - with pictures. My pup is heading back for my next out of town trip, because she liked staying there.”
