At our meet and greet she asked meaningful questions that revealed to me the depth of her knowledge and ability to step in and care for an animal family member. I’m very nervous about leaving my dog and Maddi made me and my pup feel very at ease. While I was away she provided regular communication and photos- I could tell my dog was having a joyful and meaningful time with her. He has some behavioral peculiarities (he eats clothes, plastic, etc.) and she handled them so well, making sure he was safe at all times.
