It's always nerve-wracking leaving our pups behind with anyone, especially for longer periods of time, but Carlos and Andree made us feel so comfortable and stress-free the whole trip. They were communicative, sent photo and video updates daily, flexible with our drop off/pick up times, took our pups out for walks, let them enjoy their beautiful yards, and you could tell that they were truly well taken care of. This is our second time booking Carlos and Andree for our pups and we are just so grateful to have found them. We got daily updates and pictures and never worried for a minute that our big guy wasn’t being fawned over and spoiled. We even had to extend Rockford’s stay by about a week and it was no problem.
