She communicated really well with us, did a great job following all instructions, and even took the time to build rapport with Goose and learn more about her at our initial meet-and-greet. I think what is also the truest testament of her work is how we came home expecting our kitty to be highly vocal and stressed (like she would be when we’d leave in the past) but upon entering, Goose seemed like she was perfectly fine with us being gone. lol - which we are extremely pleased with as pet parents because that means she was left in great hands.
