She took the time to listen to our dog’s needs and provided us great photos/videos with updates throughout the day. She was also very accommodating to us since we were traveling out of town with pick up and drop off times. We are very glad to have found Soyeon and will definitely feel safe and comfortable leaving our dog in her care!”

“Alison & Matt were amazing! We were looking for a sitter for our pup, Kaiya, as we had some weekend plans come up last minute and they were very flexible / accommodating! Communication was great, sent us updates, and when we picked up Kaiya she was happy & tired from having such a good time with them. “Boom had a great time with Michelle! She sent me pictures everyday and gave me detailed updates of his stay. For having a 100 pound size difference, Boom and Obie got along wonderfully. I would definitely have Boom stay with her again.”

“Henry was happy at Jane's resident. He got along well with her, her dog and family. Her husband gave Henry special attention at night because Henry did not want to be in a separate room at night so he slept in same room as Henry. Jane has a yard that Henry enjoyed with her dog. Jane and her husband were sweet and we did a meet and greet before drop off. Jane was able to take care of Henry's special diet restrictions. I would use Jane again:)”

“Matthew was truly amazing! The best dog-sitter out there! He send me pictures and videos of my puppy everyday doing various activities and kept me up-to-date on everything during the entire stay! And these were not random, bad-angle, blurry photos. They clearly showed my puppy doing the activity in question with a clear explanation as to what was going on”

“Very happy with the dog-sitting service from Lousine & Araik. The hosts were great. The space was really set up for dogs, and my little guy quickly got comfortable. The backyard space was large enough for lots of running with grassy places in the shade and in the sun and very dog friendly. The yard was secure and there was no risk of my dog escaping under the fence. They have 2 dogs and although they are big and playful they are very well behaved and responsive to their owners so I had no concerns about anything happening between their dogs and mine that couldn’t easily be controlled if it did get out of hand. Lousine gave sent frequent and regular updates with photos and videos to let me know how Buster was doing, and that he had settled in nicely. . I think Lousine knows that separation can sometimes be harder on the pet-parent than it is on the pet. She went above and beyond to communicate much more often than I requested, just to make sure that my mind was at ease. I’m grateful for the care and attention to detail and the responsiveness overall. I would definitely use Lousine and Araik again to dog-sit Buster overnight when I need it.”

“Claudia did an amazing job watching Timmy! She sent plenty of updates/pictures, and I knew he was in great hands with her. Plus he got to play with her precious pup and get cuddles the whole time he was there! He came home happy and healthy :)”

“Peter took care of my dog Sophie for 9 days while I was out of the country. Prior to booking, Peter accommodated my request for a meet and greet. Getting to know him and his dogs helped me feel at ease with boarding Sophie for an extensive time, especially since I was so far away. During boarding, he updated me with pictures of my dog daily. There were a few other dogs that he was taking care of, in addition to his own, which made perfect play companions for my high energy dog. He has a sizeable fenced-in back yard for the dogs to run around. Peter genuinely cares about dogs and is noticeably conscientious in making the daycare/boarding experience optimal for every dog he takes care of. He was even kind enough to let my dog lounge in his favorite chair during her stay haha. Thanks again, Peter!”
