House Sitting in Springfield

“Micah was prompt, polite, and very patient with our two dogs who have very different energy needs. He sent fun videos of their backyard playtime, and was very understanding as we tried to help him figure out our big dog’s sleeping drama ?. He also came for a pre sitting visit to meet the dogs and that was super helpful for all of us to feel good about the match. He stayed at our house and we were excited he asked to play the piano! The dogs got some lovely music time. Thank you Micah!”

“We honestly could not have been happier with Brittany and the care she showed our two fur babies. I had a lot of anxiety about leaving our two girls for various reasons due to problems we had in the past with our local vet while we traveled on an extended vacation last year. Our older girl has been known to worry herself into a seizure and our baby is very high maintenance and is constantly looking for affection and play time. Brittany was quick to answer texts from me, even when I know I was probably being the crazy dog mom and she took lots of photos and some video to send me while we were away. Upon our return, I could tell that she had gone above and beyond when I noticed my carpets had been vacuumed and my hardwood floors swept and clean. I could tell our babies were fond of her when it came time to say the goodbyes. We would definitely recommend her to anyone and we would most assuredly be using her services again!”

“We have used the same dog/house sitter for 7 years, she had recently started a family and no longer does this kind of thing. We were so nervous about bringing someone new into our home to watch over our fur babies. Alice was great- the moment she came in to meet the dogs for the 1st time, they took minutes to get calm down with her (which doesn’t even happen with family), and we immediately knew they were in good hands. Our home was just as clean (if not more, because she mopped when she didn’t have to ?) when we came home and she kept us updated with photos and texts the whole week. Before the pet sitting dates, Tammy spent a few hours with us to get to my dog and ask all the questions about routine, what my dog likes, medications, etc. which made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog. About: I’ve worked for boarding in multiple facilities where I have watched large groups of dogs.I have a clear understanding of dog body language. I am always trying to continue my education through self learning. I listen to podcasts, read books, and have taken several courses. The Dog industry is ever changing so I try to keep up. I have been working towards becoming a dog trainer. I’m working on earning my boarding and training certifications as of right now. There are a few days that I have off during the week that I can give care to pets. The other days I am working my other job. When I take care of my animals or anyone else’s I take the whole dog into account. Dogs have mental, physical, and emotional needs that need to be met just like a human does. If there is a need that is needing to be met, I search for a way to fulfill it.

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and currently have three dogs and two cats. When I was younger, my mom and I used to volunteer at the Sumner County Humane Society, which was always a fun and rewarding experience for me. I know how to take care of dogs, cats, and smaller animals like rabbits. I’m also experienced in caring for a variety of ages among pets and know each pet is different when it comes to their personal needs and wants! I’m a girl who graduated from college this year, currently in search of her career with a part-time job, which means I have a lot of flexibility for walking and hanging out with pets! Whether it’s in the morning or at night, I can be available pretty much at any point in the day. I’m attentive to my pets, making sure they get fed around the same time everyday, taken out every couple of hours, get treats/toys, and of course attention and loving!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was little. I have one of my own who I love like he were my kid. I give them really good care and take care of their needs Im available all most all day as I stay at home everyday. I’m free to walk, feed or care for your fur babies when needed I a backyard with plenty of space it’s not fenced.I live like 3 min from a dog park with fenced play area. I have a dog of my own who is a corgi and loves other dogs
