Janette was willing to take the time to meet them a few days before to get acquainted with them to make sure they (and us) were comfortable. On the day where she took care of them, she provided constant updates and pictures and was extremely flexible when we got back a few minutes late due to the weather. The girls absolutely loved her. My anxious dog who has had experience away did great as well. Dyhlan made him comfortable and sent me updates with pictures and videos and cared for him when his anxiety made him nauseous. Absolutely can't recommend them enough and very thankful for their help with caring for my babies!”
