“Tom has been an amazing addition to my mom’s little rescue, Murphy. My mom is able to provide all the snuggles and cuddles Murphy requires, but not the exercise. I live out of state and my mom is not good with technology. I was able to find Tom easily on Rover and see that he had excellent reviews and could be someone my mom could count on to help exercise little Murphy. I think Mr. Murphy likes his new buddy, Tom.”

He always goes into "guard dog" mode when new people come over, and when Cate arrived, she knew to ignore that behavior so he would calm down. She listened carefully to our instructions on feeding, walking, and where/how to confine him when he was alone in the house. She walked him two times while she was there (in the evening and in the morning) to make sure he got the exercise he needed. Memphis liked her a lot, and so did we! I'll definitely contact Cate the next time we need a dog sitter.”

About: I've had pets growing up and has always had a good habit for animal care and husbandry. I have a good understanding of canine (and feline) behavior, background in veterinarian technician, and success in basic training. My schedule can vary. Please contact ahead of time for the most accommodating dates. I will make time if I know the duration and time. I have a fenced in yard and a small dog of my own. I can keep dogs separated if need. About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals since I was a little girl. I have currently been working as a Veterinary Technician for the last 17 years and am comfortable with old and young pets. I am also very comfortable administering medications of any kind. I am available most weekend’s starting Thursday evenings after 6pm until Sunday evenings. I am also available for some drop in walks or care on Wednesdays. I have yard with a tie out or am able to walk dogs. We have a 7 and 4 year old at home that are very comfortable around dogs and understand that some dogs need more “space” than others. Sadly we currently do not have any pets but will be able to focus solely on your pet.
