“I recently was looking for caretaker for my dogs while I went to Texas for Christmas. I am very picky about who I allow to care for my pets. Rebecca was referred to me by someone I trust. Whew she came over for the interview, I could tell by the way she interacted with my pets that she was an animal lover. We talked for over an hour. She was very attentive to what I was expecting, but she was also petting and interacting with Dodge and Prints. When she got ready to leave, Dodge wanted to get in her car and leave with her. The dogs reaction to her told me what I needed to know. I always trust their intuition. And they LOVED her. Dodge had two torn ligaments. One on each hind leg. So I was very particular about that to ensure he got his medicine as scheduled. He was scheduled for surgery. She was very aware of his limitations and took very good care of him making sure he got his medication as needed and kept both of my dogs on their feeding schedule. I was gone for a week. She checked in daily with pictures and video. In the future, if she is available, I will not consider anyone else. She also knew my love for my chickens and took great care of them also. About: I’ve always loved animals and their safety. I am responsible and reliable because I have watched many friends and family’s pets. You can count on me to keep your furry friend happy! I take online classes through college, so I’m not obligated to be at any campus. I am available most of the time other than teaching dance and traveling! About: Welcome- I am a dog lover who at one time had four dogs. I take great pride in my own home being clean and tidy. As well as caring for my yard and garden in the summer months. I am an animal lover and currently own a ten year old yellow lab and a six year old small mixed breed. My lab loves when I take her to the dog beach in Harbor Springs. The dogs and I hike and walk in the many nature trails here in Northern Michigan. My dogs get along well with other dogs. They love to run around the yard with the neighbor dogs. About: Growing up with all sorts of animals - chickens, cats, dogs, hamsters, rabbits, and a fish, I have lots of experience caring for them all. As a person that uses Rover regularly for drop in visits for my own pup, I completely understand how important it is to leave your pet in good hands.
