About: I've used sitters through this site in Michigan for my little girl, Kiera Marie.-It was great! I've done lots of dog sitting and dog fostering too. Living in beautiful Northern Michigan, I can't think of a more beautiful area to dog walk! I'm available to take your dog for walks-let’s set up a schedule! I'm also happy to dog sit in either one of our homes. I am always willing to fit a furbaby into my schedule. I have experience with large and small breeds. I am also comfortable sitting for multiple dogs. I have worked with restricted diets and behavioural issues. I have a soft spot for all dogs and I look forward to talking with you soon! My husband and I both work part-time, so one of us can always be with the pups! We will adhere to any feeding schedule that your family is accustomed to. About: Hello! My name's Kristy, and although I have been working for Rover for a few years, I have been caring for animals my whole life! From pet sitting for neighbor's hamsters and horses as a girl - to dog walking in college between classes - to working in Veterinary Medicine as an assistant, kennel attendant, and kitty foster mom for years - I have devoted much of my life to the well-being of our furry friends! Large and athletic breeds are not a problem for me! I love running, chasing toys, and hiking with happy pups. (Tick checks are mandatory after every walk!) I currently have a one year old puppy who I enjoy sharing adventures and visiting the dog park with. I am also an absolute cat lady! I have no problem cleaning up litter boxes and hairballs if it means I can get a head boop out of your kitty. I currently have a 20# cat named Kody Bear who gets along well with his puppy sister. I do have some experience with giving various medications if need be (oral, eyes, ears), and some grooming for furrier friends if they get too matted from the walk and play time. I am reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. Expect your home and fur baby to be treated with the utmost respect. Any and all instructions left for me will be followed and any questions communicated with the pet parents. I am currently working part time in pet-sitting and dog walking alongside general landscaping. So if I'm not out and about with my puppy, I'm probably running around with another. Any instructions from mom or dad will be followed and any concerns communicated to them should something arise. I consider myself a trustworthy person and show the utmost respect and care to homes and pets.

About: Not only have I grown up with pets my whole life, I have made a living out of taking care of them. It was my calling as a young child to become a Veterinarian. I started Pet Well Mobile Vet, the area's only mobile veterinary service, in 2021 to help bring a better level of quality to pet care after seeing how much more relaxed my friend's pets were when I took care of them in their homes. Building that bond through pet sitting is much the same thing, pets get individualized care and you get peace of mind. As the mobile veterinarian, I can schedule my days as needed. I have the flexibility to do mid-day meals or walk, if needed. I'm almost always done working by 6pm to make sure everyone gets dinner on time and then some evening playtime. All pets will be cared for as if they are my own. I encourage pet parents to write up the normal routine for their baby so I can stick to it as much as possible. I love to send pictures and updates. (I would want them if the roles were reversed.) I also have to ability to care for medical issues that arise during the stay, only with the pet parent's permission of course.
