Her husband and her went out of there way to make sure our dogs were comfortable when they were more anxious and stressed out at night without us. She was sending me pictures and made me feel very comfortable. She’s very carrying. I even left her with a diaper in case Rosie did some marking on her carped. “Angel is an extraordinary sitter who goes above and beyond expectations. My dog gives everyone (including me) a hard time when he's in a new place, and he refuses to eat. Angel found his "sweet spot" and got him to eat. She also provided him with a bed because I was unable to bring his bed from home, and she took him for extra walks. “We were looking for affordable, close to our home, a house with backyard and many dogs as possible for socializing. And most importantly, someone kind to my puppy. Our 16 m.o Shihpoo is house trained, kennel trained, potty trained outside, sleeps 7pm~7am nonstop, kinda easy pup. We just needed to more socializing. Because he is becoming little shy. And we found Jaclyn and wanted to give try during thanksgiving. She happily let us do meet and greet first. She had beautiful house with backyard. Had awesome friendly 5 pups. During our Benji’s stay, she sent us many pictures for updates. Let us know how he was doing daily. That really helped my separation anxiety 😝 We love our Benji so much and knowing that Jaclyn is kind, gentle and loving to him made our trip easy. She sent her homemade treat made with simple and organic recipes. And it smelled really good and Benji loved it. When Benji came back home, he was just chill and napping all the time. It was clear that he played hard with other pups so much. He’s appetite was normal, poop looked perfect. We could actually see how much he became confident and not so shy around other dogs now. We are already booked her again and Benji and we are looking forward to it.”

“Rafaela was a great fit for us and our dog because she has high energy and a great love for animals. Her space was inviting for dog play which is what my dog got to do and loved it. She also had other dogs so the socializing was a big plus. We have used other boarding clinics and my dog just stayed in a kennel or concrete space and only allowed an hour of play a day and not with other dogs. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and she is fun to chat with and has an extensive background with animal care. We really appreciated all the photos and quick replies to messages when we were needing to communicate with Rafaela. Overall, we highly recommend Rafaela and will use her again.”

I highly recommend Sandra! My dog Chester had a very nice time with her and Bella while I was away. It was my first time boarding my dog, but she was very reassuring and sent me lots of pictures of Chester's daily activities while I was away. It made me feel relaxed and that my dog was okay and taken cared of! :) she was also very patient when it came to picking up Chester, I was late because my flight was delayed, but she was so reassuring to not be worried. Thank you Ivan for being so consistent with your service! This is the 3rd time we booked him for boarding and he always goes beyond just boarding. He made sure communication is open, sending us pictures and videos. He even walked my dogs which is not a reqmt for the boarding. Both of my dogs were very happy here and got along with her dogs. They became part of the pack which in extremely happy with that. I have a senior dog and I was put at ease after meeting her and explaining my concerns. Her back yard is a solid cement wall, so I felt better about my boy not getting out of the yard. Plenty of communication before I dropped them off and very helpful and prompt when I thought of a question or concern. I received pics of my babies hanging out with her on the couch, it was nice to see them comfortable with her. I highly recommend Kirsten and if we’re in the area again def rebooking.
Look no further!!! Huan is EXCEPTIONAL and incredibly professional as a Rover pet parent. She understood Tae's behavior from initial contact and guided her through an easy transition while in her care. Huan was always communicative with pictures and updates throughout my Tae's stay. She was very thorough with plan of care and Huan's attentiveness was always handled with care and thoughtfulness of Tae's total well-being. Alexandria Is the best!! Its my second time boarding My Husky Lucy and I know she was is great hands. Alexandria keeping me updated on all Lucy’s adventures via pictures and messages. Lucy loves all the love and attention Alexandria and her husband give. I know My fur baby is in great and caring hands when I travel. Alexandria and husband are my go to whenever I need a planned or last minute caregiver. Lucy has made life time fur friends while in Alexandria care, if you need a loving couple to watch your fur babies look not further. You found them!!! Definitely booking again in May, my fur baby will be in great hands as I travel away for a weekend for a graduation ceremony. Thank goodness I found them!!!
We cannot recommend Aissa enough! We were away for the weekend and felt completely at ease knowing our boys were in such good hands. Aissa is trustworthy and clearly loves animals. She sent us daily pictures and updates, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. We will definitely be booking again!
I took the risk and trusted Yoora, and Im glad I did. These couples treated my babies as their own. They are very happy and my babies are well taken care of. And I am surprised that my dogs learned eating dogfood (kibbles) and as well they are adding some portions of protein and veggies on their plate. They also let them roam around the house, lie down on the couch. I can tell my dogs loved their stay. I highly recommend this couple.
Absolutely amazing experience with Jason! This was our first time using the app, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jason was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire boarding process. We had a last minute booking and a very specific request. Our dogs had to be a part of our wedding ceremony. We were getting married that weekend and needed someone we could trust to safely drop off our girls at the chapel. Jason not only agreed without hesitation but executed everything perfectly. That peace of mind during such an important moment meant the world to us. When we arrived, Jason warmly welcomed us into his home. He introduced our girls to his own dogs (who looked like full sizeed versions of ours, it was adorable!) and we could immediately tell he genuinely loves dogs as much as we do. It was clear our girls would be in great hands, and we felt completely at ease leaving them with him. Throughout their stay, Jason sent regular updates, photos, and messages, which we truly appreciated. It made us feel connected and reassured knowing they were happy and well cared for. Abbie and Layla had a wonderful time with Jason, and we will definitely be trusting him with our girls again in the future.
